To be fair, it's Spurs that have asked for special dispensation this season.
And while all away teams are supposed to be at a disadvantage, the level of disadvantage should be the same for all clubs within a single season. This season we're playing home games at Wembley (where it now looks like we're switching the capacity from 80,000 to 40,000 and then back up to 80,000 to accommodate the CL, the NFL and certain PL opposition), Milton Keynes and, potentially, the new WHL.
We wouldn't like it if Chelsea or Arsenal were doing the same, and a switch in the last few months of the season saw them clinch a top four finish at our expense.
The other pl teams got a vote on it and i believe they voted unanimously to let us play at both wembley and nwhl. So no matter what you think is unfair the other owners don't. Because they are likely to be in a similar situation down the road.
