Get Wanyama off. Great goal but no pressure from Wanyama. Got s Newcastle 5-1 on our hands

Commentator

'A Spurs win would give them a third straight third place finish, and no need to qualify for a Champions League place.
I just realised he has a co-commentator who appears equally ignorant.

FFS, pick that one out. What a strike.

Conclusions from First Half and start of Second Half
Eriksen is constantly excellent - in the middle of a poor team performance he is outstanding
Aldeweireld is a shadow of the world class defender he was for us the past 2 seasons - injury or 'want out' attitude - it is sad
Lamela is skillful without doubt but he has no end product and poor judgement - I like him as many others do but he is not good enough for Tottenham
Wanayama is also a shadow of his former self - injury and confidence lost - I presume
Dier is far better as DM than as a central defender but that's not new
Not sure yet about Moura

I don't think Poch really cares where we finish to be honest. If he did he'd field our strongest line up possible.
I think the selection is based on injuries and motivation. Trippier, Dembele, Vertonghen are injured. Alli doesn’t get motivated for these games and it’s a chance for Moura and Lamela to show themselves.

But 3-1 down is pathetic. The defending has been so poor.

Again a good season ends with a bitter taste.

They weren't motivated to finish above Arsenal a couple of seasons ago when we only needed a draw, so I doubt they care about finishing above Liverpool.

The rivalry with Arsenal is a fan thing. I would expect our players to hate Liverpool the most.
