I'm not sure how we won our last two games.

That CM area hurt to watch and we need to go big on a CM, Wanyama is at 50% the player he was last year. Hopefully an injury free pre season will see him way sharper, i thought he was horrendous today, really poor. But we got the result and it's great to finish 3rd after playing away all season.

Fair play to Poch and the players. We need a big summer window to really kick on in the new stadium, i hope we pull one or two big big players out of the bag. Here's hoping.

I think Winks would've made a huge difference to the second half of the season.

I think Winks would've made a huge difference to the second half of the season.

Possibly, but with his ankle you never now how he will come back, because since he hurt it his last 5 or 6 games have been poor for us and those niggles sometimes don't ever go and if Dembele goes we are left with Wanyama, Sissoko, Dier and unsure fitness of Winks. That needs huge investment to compete. Kovacic would be a great place to start and maybe Onomah can come back from the Villa loan and blow us away.

Slightly off topic, Liverpool finish 4th and Sky ramming their tongues right Up their jacksies.
Talking to Klopp like he’s won the Prem. oh dear.
Had to turn it off!!! Over the moon we got 3rd when NOBODY thought we would be in the top 4. When I watch sky I tune in for the match & that’s it, can’t deal with all the bullish!t. COYS

Poch with another back me statement in the written press tonight

Over to you Levy, you better back the man !!

"I have a very clear idea of what we need to do. I don't know if the club will agree with me or not, but we are going to talk next week to create what I think we need to do together to improve, Until today it was so difficult to talk about the future, but from now we need to decide the way and how we are going to operate on the future, Our fans need to know what we are going to do and our fans need to feel the reality of the club and we need to tell the truth and create a very good expectation we can achieve. We cannot create dreams that we are not going to achieve. Today I 100 per cent feel I am here, but tomorrow it can change because it is not in my hands and it is not my decision whether I am here or not - it is down to my boss... you need to work with fear that you can lose your job if you are not professiona

Stat alert.

The previous 18 home premier league matches saw us concede 12 goals.

Add in 4 today means we let in a quarter of the entire Wembley goals against us in a madcap 90 minutes.

Behave yourself people. The only thing worth playing for today was the last champions league place, i.e. 4th. This was the most exciting thing they had to talk about today. The fact we finished 3rd means fuck all really. No media bias this time I'm afraid.

Do you not think it goes too far though, people abusing and swearing at a club legend (Kane) because he does what all top strikers do and takes a shot on??
Personally it really winds me up the lack of respect some people show in the way they articulate their passion or disappointment.
You still have to remember the bigger picture.

Think of this thread as a safe space. A place where you can vent your frustrations with like minded individuals. Its almost cathartic.

When it goes too far is when its personal abuse or taken elsewhere (Twitter etc)

It's astonishing really. The BBC headline is "Liverpool in Top Four" when it should actually be "Spurs claim 3rd". The BBC Liverpool bias is becoming really embarrassing.

How is that embarrassing? The top 4 was the only question left to be answered today, could have been Chelsea or could have been Liverpool in the Champions League. We got the 'top 4' attention last week, when it was relevant. Top 3 isn't a thing like top 4 so why would we get any headline?
