They're sixth. Even when they were playing poorly under Jose they were still the sixth best team in the country.

You know you're posting in a match thread where most people have been watching the game on TV?

Your point?

Just back from. The game and honestly feel like I've been fecking mugged. Can accept doing a bundle on beer and shite chicken shops around wembeeerly.. Havnt seen any replay yet but why the feck lloris don't get rashfords shot and why dele or Harry ain't wheeling away time after time celebrating I can't explain..

Once again absolute shite atmosphere and more tourists than majorca in August but hey ho.. I'm. A Yid.

Lloris wasn't great but the error was Trippier's. And similiarly the finishes were poor but De Gea was outstanding.

That being said the "tourist" syndrome is why I stayed away and consigned myself to the pub for this occasion instead.

Disappointing day but not all lost I guess. Second half was a very good performance and another day we’d have gone in level at HT and gone on to win to nil.

Imperative we win the next four league games which, on paper at least look winnable.

Oh, and a new midfielder in the next few days would be lovely!

If you want a little pick me up, just compare how much effort and commitment our boys showed when 1-0 down today, as opposed to the Gooners efforts yesterday.

First half we were shite, cheap goal to concede. I yhought that lloris should have done much better. Also, poor defending to blame. Second half it was more like Spurs versus De Gea. If it was not for De Gea, we would have won 2,3 -1. Eriksen, Dele, Son and Kane were below par today. Why is Winks in the squad,? I don't know, Surely we have a couple of better players than Winks is. We basically threw away three points today.

Oh and another thing, this diamond formation had an effective few weeks (mostly in open games) but I think it's time for it be knocked on the head. Got a bit predictable and more and more teams are counteracting it.

Considering the injuries I don’t think we’ll be playing it for a while, I reckon we’ll go back to a back 3

I've never been a fan of the diamond formation, I always think it can inhibit your own play but it's also easy for opponents to counteract it, especially when it becomes predictable.

I think he may be forced to change his hand now anyway with the injuries we may have.

Winks was fantastic 2nd half. All players were below par 1st half maybe with the exception of Sissoko. Lloris did get fingers to Rashford's shot but not enough.

Really poor finishing today. On another day we win that by 5.

But fuck me Mike Dean is dojng everything he possibly can to stop people thinking he's a Spurs fan.

Pogba should have been off. Instead he was booked, according to sky, for kicking the ball away rather than the foot to Dele's leg?

How the fuck
did we not win that?
Played really well lost as Chelsea done to us in the week. But the most concerning thing I think you would all agree is how Poch keeps sticking with Trippier and the lack of depth. Trippier has cost us 9 pts City, Wolves and now UTd I’m not having but look at the chances we missed. He gifted them a goal today that’s all it needed for them. Could of been 13pts, 10pts and 5pts I front of the three below us. Now 2,7 and 7 the momentum is also with Utd and Chelsea. I really hope Kane and Moussa are ok? Because if they are not as well as loosing sonny we in polite words are fucked. So not buying any players and investing to strengthen this wonderful first 12/13 could be catastrophic for us. If they are both injured we barely got a starting eleven lads that is fucking disgraceful sorry to say. Cross your fingers the the little bald fuck wit needs to.

But they can turn up for Man U and not Burnley. Nah, I’m not having that.

I agree for lots of people who go a lot it’s a pain. It isn’t for me, I’m lucky, but to pick and chose games because of who we are playing is a bit pathetic.
Course it isn't. Take it to an extreme level. Are you more likely to go to see us play Dortmund in the last 16, or in a pre season friendly?

I know 10-12 people that on average missed 2 a season at home for years. Now, many rarely go. People have families, precious little spare time. Your hardcore fan will be there every week. But there are not 50000 people who think it's worth it or can spend 8 hours of their day watching spurs in a run of the mill home game.

That was a straight red, and even if it wasn't he later had a deliberate handball.
