Don't know how they didn't score at least four in the last 25. Thought the Chelsea performance was going to be a turning point, but I guess not.

Still, a very good days for us with results elsewhere.

We were totally outplayed for 2/3s of that game and yet won 3-1. So disappointing that the players stopped trying after going 3-0 up after an hour. Should be happy with a nice win but feel slightly robbed by another fairly gutless performance overall. Lucky for us Southampton cannot shoot!

That's not a great way to look at it. We've lots of injuries and we obviously decided to take our foot off the gas. Yes we should of controlled the game better but the aim was to conserve energy.

We've an absolute ridiculous schedule to negotiate.

Obviously I'm delighted we won.

But that was another absolutely shocking performance from us.

Southampton had the better chances and were the better side...which seems strange to say when we were 3-0 up at one point.

Were it not for some world class Goalkeeping from Lloris we may well have lost that game on another day and probably deserved to.
Amazing to think that we are still top four with a poor showing today and average defending, the title is between city and Liverpool no one else is good enough this time around.

I'd like to dedicate that win to my mate Barry, who passed away on the 3rd of December. He was on here as Azrael and then @MyNameIsNicolaBerti . He was an argumentative bar steward but he loved Spurs with all his heart and was a great bloke. RIP Bazza. COYS.

All of those celebrations, all of those social media posts, Arsenal fans celebrating on the streets after beating us.

Three days later and normal service is resumed.

As you were.

So you know better than Poch? Pffffttt
What a facile, lazy point to make. Of course Poch's decisions in aggregate are going to prove more correct than those of any individual on these forums. But his every single individual decision, to the point that we can't question anything he does? Nah. Son playing LWB in the FA Cup semi-final vs Chelsea puts paid to that nonsense in a single, straight-off-the-top-of-the-head example.
