Fuck these referees. When will we get a whole new set? I’m fed up of these 50-60 year old fat useless ****s. Sick of it. Everyone is. For years now. Every manager thinks they’re shite. Every game we get screwed. D’oh and be condescending all you please, every ref is old and fat and a joke. We could have had 5 penalties in the last two games and we’ve been given zero.

Either bring in VAR or get a whole new set of refs that are the same age as the players, not the same age as their fucking dads.

Sod the match... Just wanted you all to know if hadn't heard VAR is being used next Weds in the Chelsea and Arsenal match... I dont think that idiot mentioned it during the match so just wanted to point it out.... Tyler retire
Awesome. If every Chelsea player gets sent off, we'll know the technology is fit for purpose.

Bailed out by Son.

Okay performance to be honest, but the players better put in overtime on the field practicing their first touches because we looked like we had 3 Sissokos up top today unfortunately.

That does not count as an okay performance.

LOL at West Ham getting praised, the stick Newcastle took for their opening 30-40 at home to Man City live on air ... As it suits.

that's the worst performance I've ever seen from Poch, why he started with that team I don't know, but after seeing the 1st half it was crystal clear what we needed to do, and he waited until the 80th, just flabbergasted by his performance, it just was so poor

That was so fucking infuriating. The amount of times we lost the ball or slowed play down when trying to break was unbelievable. The only player who played well was Vertonghen. The rest had an off night or were just terrible. Not acceptable.

Most people will roll their eyes, but our attacking structures just aren't good enough against bus-park teams. We don't pass it well enough, we don't move well enough, we take too many touches, all this leads to lack of tempo, we don't have enough patterns of play with 2/3/4 players interchanging and interlinking. Tactically we need to take things on another level and have a few more ideas about how we are trying to break these teams down.
We did enough to,win the game but the officials were not,up to the task. They illegally stopped our players from scoring in the box so not our fault

Firstly....WHY did we effectively play this game with 2 holding midfielders? Or if Sissoko was meant to be further forward he wasn't and offered absolutely nothing.

Secondly.....We should have played with two strikers, or Poch should have changed tactics very early in the match.

In short, our mangers decisions (or lack of) have probably cost us two points.

Bit gutted but in the end really happy not to lose to a smash and grab.

How often does the lack of intensity at the start come back and bite us?

10 points out of 12 over xmas isn't end of the world

2 points thrown away by Poch being so negative. Why is a DM and a lump who doesn’t have a creative bone in his body required against a team parking the bus? Never will I understand his thought process there.

Very frustrating game. Teams like West Ham and managers like Moyes belong in the Championship, no desire to play football at all. We obviously made it difficult for ourselves but they are anti football.

Sometimes I hate football.

A frustrating one of those day's games where everytime we got in a good position a shot would ricochet off two defenders, the keeper and then back to a West Ham player.

Convinced we should've had at least one peno but hey ho we had chances that we'd have finished on another day.

And there, and everywhere else. At least he's consistent.
Mick Dean has cost us tonight along with poor substitutes my Poch they should of happened at half time that is the part of Pochs game which seriously lets him down. Pionts dropped against W Ham , Swansea Burnley and w Brom bit of a trend I fear. 8 pts dropped at home against that shite. Progression my fucking ars.

And yet the people that dwell on the ball and take forever to pass are lauded as wonderful in possession and those that can pass first time and give and go are derided for playing too quickly or treating the ball like a hot potato...
