There is a lot of talk about best XI and the use of a squad. Reading article on Paulinho made me think what who would get in our squad as the best player to have worn the squad number X since squad numbers were introduced.

Probably best to limit to 1-26 ;) which will leave out some players but means we're not sifting through No 37 (John Piercy of course) and 44 (Toda without exception).

So who would get in your 1-26 of Spurs? You can only use a player once, but if they have had several numbers then it might mean you can squeeze someone else in that wouldn't be as good as them.

Walker twice = subconscious separation anxiety (maybe myself as well for noticing).

2. Carr

Leaving Walker more aptly 13.

Kyle was never number 13. I meant Ian!

No point in Carr, already have two good right backs an I wanted a balanced squad.

I don't know, I think I nailed the worst 26 pretty well.

I'll have a gander at a best 26 later.
