people seem to ignore Sevilla sold Reyes for 23mil, Ramos for 20mil and Baptista for 26mil, thts a 69mill income, which was re-invested all over the sqaud, not on big names but on commited players, Sevilla rarely spend more than 5mil

He's got a greta rep but no english is gonna be a right fucker...im a bit worried but will support whoever comes in

Cheers for the info mate. On paper that does look one hell of an acheivement. I really hope he can do the same for us. I am still numb from BMJ going and could do with some cheering up.

and to be fair the reason they doing not so well this season is because of the uncertainty regarding Ramos' future. Ever since the whole Ramos affair started in August they haven't been doing well. If you saw them just before that they played Real Madrid at the Bernabue and beat them 5-2.

and to be fair the reason they doing not so well this season is because of the uncertainty regarding Jol's future. Ever since the whole Ramos affair started in August they haven't been doing well. If you saw them last season beat Chelsea and finish 5th is a very tough league you would have been impressed!

nope kanoute was a great player. and please dont call me a prick, i just think zokora is a poor player.

you know and I do not want to name drop i was talking to someone who earlier had commentated on the gettaffe game and he said "that kaboul, good player and all that but can't seem to stay on his man". we have a history of taking great players and making them worse. you know when you have a crap time and you try to pull out some positives - well we have had a crap time and here are the positives (well i think)

1) Ramos is a good manager and now known by the players to be on top money and more likely to stay than they are

2) hughton and the team are gone, thats great i never believed that the manager was 100% responsible for all those rubbish set pieces and taking robinson from his peak to where he is now

3) now that so much faith (money) has been placed in him by the board if DC wants to get his way on something somehow i think he would be over ruled

4) Jol's problem was that he was too loyal too nice - he should have sniped at ref's, DC and anyone else that got in his way

5) new coaching staff - new manager - new interpreter - maybe we have a chance of
a) staying up
b) winning a cup
c) salavaging something from the season
