After spending a near 30% uplift on a season ticket, for a similar position in the new stadium, I was prepared for a little disruption at the beginning of the season.

But now, with no clear date for the stadium launch and my money in the club's pocket, I'm just not getting up for all this extra travelling costs in time and money.

So don't think I'll be going to this one, nor many of our Wembley games.

Last year fair enough, this year? Enough already.

Totally agree with you. If the club had been upfront and just committed to two seasons away then all would be ok.

At worst it goes general sale and those of us local to MK will get tickets... 25-30k attendance easily

We only got 23,826 for Barnsley last season at Wembley in League Cup , I know Watford are premier league but can't see that many from the London area wanting to make a midweek trip up the M1, most people are not that bothered about the league even against West Ham we only managed about 36,000 last season.

Agreed - and frankly I only bought last year's season ticket so I could carry through and not lose my position when it came to the New Lane. Last year was a real schlep for me and the travel costs were quite a bit more. No way am I schlepping back to Wembley again and again, and I'm certainly not going to Stadium MK with my work schedule and the cost of getting up there.

I know that the stadium as a safe venue is especially important, and I know the fixture moves have cost the club money, but I do feel that a little but more could have been done as a compensatory measure by the club. But so far there's been, what? A tiny price reduction on some of the Wembley tickets, which isn't really a reduction at all if you have to pay higher travel costs to get there?

I'm still not convinced the club could've see this possibly coming. I mean sure, they may not have expected the saftey isses specifically but it now seems increasingly obvious that the timetable for the build was so tight that it would only be possible to finish the stadium in time if all went without fault. It seems to me that the club never factored in the possibility of a error causing delay such as this. It's frustrating.

Another reason there will be plenty of tickets available for this game

We regret that due to the operational restrictions of fulfilling this fixture at Stadium:MK at short notice, supporters will not be able to select their own seat within the stadium bowl. Tickets will be allocated at the discretion of the Ticket Office. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause on this occasion.

i live close to milton keynes. Its a weird town where everything looks the same. One of the key attractions of the town/city is concrete cows. Thats right, concrete cows.

They also have plenty of dining options at the stadium such as TGI fridays, Nandos, frankie and bennys and others.

There is also an Odeon cinema right next to the stadium which is quite nice and could be a good option if and when we are losing.

The train station is actually quite far away from stadium. You will probably need a taxi.

Milton keynes has great employment opportunities, its actually in the top 5 in the country for number of jobs available.

There are plenty of Spurs supporters exiled north of watford who will jump at the chance of a local game, as opposed to our normal 4/5 hour battle to get to and from a home game. I wish it was not at MK Dons as i hate them as a franchise football club, but Spurs have chosen to play there, and i am going because i reserve the right to support my team wherever they play. However i am absolutely not purchasing any food/drink in that stadium as i do not want to put any money straight into MK Dons pockets!
