I`ve lived in Bletchley for 29 years and have never met a Northampton Town/Luton Town fan. Most peple support the teams, where they came from. Its the new generation of kids that support mkdons and the adults that cant afford championship or premier league football.
This game will be a sell out , my group have applied for 60 tickets and Lp hunters will snap them up and sell them on.

My personal experience is different. I live in MK and went to school there in the mid 90s. There were plenty of Coventry, Luton and Northampton town fans around my school. It's not quite worked how winkleman hoped. A lot of the next generation follow their parents team rather than MK. Luckily there are no MK shirts at my son's football training sessions but loads of spurs.

My wife is letting my season ticket holding 5 year old go to his first school night game as it's only 10 mins up the road.

Looking forward to going. Not been to this stadium before so it’s another off the list.

Do think it should be played in a place where there’s better transport links though.

Didn't appreciate how poor the transport links are; 45-60 min walk to MK Central station?!

Think I might change my vote to "thanks but no thanks"

You want Bletchley station rather than MK, about 25 mins from there I think

Thanks pal. I did see Bletchley was closer, journey time from/to Euston much slower though.
All in all, average!!
mate you could get the fast train from Euston to MK and then go back one stop from Mk to Bletchley, might work out to be a quicker way in?

Just got worse for club. MK don's season ticket holders have been offered chance to buy tickets for the game. Must be an awful take up.

misses missed out on a ticket as she got the dates wrong...….. now the stadium will be 10% spurs supporters.
Was bad enough sitting in the home end on Saturday and surrounded by Liverpool supporters. Only grace was they held back when they scored and didn't make any noise.

So I can’t buy a ticket for the game myself as I only registered with the club on th 8th September and the club have given a cut off as the 6th September for new registrations to be eligible for tickets but you can have a ticket if you are a season ticket holder or member of another club? Right, makes a lot of sense.

This club is being run by absolute morons at the moment.

The PR department need to be sacked for incompetence, it’s really incredible.

The owners choose MK as they looked at the geography and could tell it was a good catchment area for people who didnt have any clubs that close by, so they knew a new fanbase would eventually happen

it wasnt the only choice... lets not talk rubbish, plenty of stadia and places to build stadia in and around south west london and beyond.

They were pretty damn close to being in Dublin at one point!
