I’m over in April and always thought seeing spurs in the new stadium was gonna be a dead cert- I’m not so sure now.

How can people whinge over this? We should be hugely grateful to Daniel Levy for his brilliant management of our club.

We have amazing training facilities, a steady stream of top youth players, a brilliantly performing first team with great committed management. We are playing in the Champions League with regularity, giving teams in the premier league (which are owned by countries) a tough battle for top positions, and the future looks very bright with one of the best football stadiums in the world a few months away.

People should remember where we were about 10-15 years ago and look at clubs like Newcastle, Man United and Arsenal to see how quickly things can go wrong in a very fickle industry. It riles me that people give Levy & co a tough time and that they have to be apologetic for this relatively short term delay. Its unfortunately more reflective of the fickle nature and short term outlook of the modern football fan rather than the any failures in the running of our glorious club.

You forgot we are one of the top 16 teams in Europe.

Arsenal and Man united fans are jealous of us!

Don't think this is a huge surprise really, end of January/early February seemed most likely every since news of the first major delay broke. So, hopefully it'll be one of Watford, Newcastle or Leicester.
