I read that to mean January 2019 is when we’ll get in to the stadium for a proper match.

Imagine a 30% increase for a similar seat, taken in advance of the season kick off and suffering such a long delay.

Never mind that long winded messing about to retrieve percentage refunds and the long haul back and forth to Wembley.

The club should really give the fans a goodwill gesture for our patience.

They won’t, but they should.

Personally I don't see a massive issue beyond the disappointment of wanting to be playing in the new stadium from August onwards.

The price increases are completely separate from the stadium delay, because if we don't want to use our season tickets we don't have to, we can get the money back (and it's actually fairly straightforward now, just log in to the members' area and enter the details, only takes two minutes). If we do want to use our season tickets, then the matches follow Wembley prices rather than new WHL prices. For example, my season ticket was £1.5k but at Wembley I'm sitting in a much cheaper area

In terms of the long haul back and forth to Wembley, yes it's annoying for the fans who actually do live near WHL but they are very much in a minority, and travelling to one London train station is much the same as traveling to another! So maybe the club could make a gesture to the smaller group of hyper local season ticket holders, but otherwise I don't (personally) see the need

EDIT
Re. haul to Wembley
Actually getting out of wembley at the end is really bloody tedious, and the area's a corporate dump - so I take back what I said about travelling to Wembley making little difference to the majority of fans in terms of convenience

It's the accumulation effect. Price increase, delays, poor communications, home matches in Wembley and Milton Keynes :banghead:

The email notifications that our packs are on the way along with us grinding out recent wins, has lifted my spirits.
