First view of Stambouli was him making a tackle, thought he did well during his 20 minutes. He seemed to be at home almost immediately. Also he seem a two footed player, very rare. Could well be a unearthed gem, time will tell.
One footed players just fall over lol:facepalm:
Sorry. Stoof started it ;)

I thought he did well, need to see him in a full 90 mins+ game in PL / euro. With his passing after tackles, looks like he is an improvement on Sandro, which is what we need. A beast who can do a bit more with the ball..

I so badly want to "Spam" you just because you said "improvement on Sandro"... sad days indeed compared to two years ago before his injury.

I'm not dissing Sandro at all, i was pleased he was our player. The facts is he is not the same player we signed after his injury, not played much in 18 months when we needed him as DMF enforcer. Sandro seems to have lost a bit of ability somewhere, and we now play a different, more pressured, fast moving style. This is why Poch. wanted Morgan S. but settled for Benji.

Hmm... I understand your loyalty to Sandro, i felt the same way when he was with us, and will always welcome him back to WHL in QPR / opposition team. You also admit he has lost ability since his injury, which sadly for all of us, means he cannot be carried in this squad of high pressured and high fitness shape of play Poch. wants. COYS

Sorry to see Sandro go but I just can't believe Levy let him leave for ONLY £6 mill!!!! Yes he was great and inspirational too but the injury really seems to have reduced his abilities. Wish him well but not against us. Looking forward to QPR V Stoke and Adams.
