I can't remember anything like this. We usually get at least a few days of 'are chelsea gonna come in and fuck us' before a signing. We don't seem close to anything really, in or out.

Possibly. Gards isn’t as ITK as he was at one point but he still get into here and there.

Not the big name we need for CM but.
Played in the Danish League, where he was outstanding in his debut - since then he has evolved massively at Celta Vigo, his quick turns reminds me of Modric. Think he might be an international star in a few years.

However, I'm not sure SL adds anything new to our current drop of CMs; Dembele, Victor, Dier and Winks.

I had previously thought that Poch would use the fact that Dembele will be off in the next 10 months, to bring in a more creative CM?

Or perhaps I'm just projecting?

From what ive read (never watched him) he could be considered a defensive midfielder which would help loads given our current situation with vic injured and dier needed elsewhere possibly
