I'm talking about CB, where everyone seems to be complacent with what we would have post Toby.
Mate, let Toby go ok. How many games did he play last season?
He was replaced last year with Dave. We will be playing with 2 at the back. Thats clear. And I'm good with that.

ManU (with Toby), Man City, & Chelsea. Liverpool probably feel they do as well, not that I agree with them.

So in conclusion all of our competition.

Competition on the pitch, not in the market. That hasn't changed.

Liverpool currently have 38 first team players and 7 on loan. United have 12 first team defenders.

To keep it brief, if we're looking for someone with a lot of energy who is really good at retaining possession (like Dembele) and likes to keep things ticking over nicely with lots of quick passes (like Winks) then Lobotka's ya boy.

It's not about Toby in the team, its about adding depth to the squad post Toby. Our defense (offense as well) let us down in all of our big games in the second half of the season and you all are fine not trying to add to it?

The way this window has gone has massively changed what some of you think is good business.

Literally no idea what he’s like

A window of Grealish, him and Martial would have been considered under par a month back, but I’d bit your hand off for it right now

Can we do some business before I think about business?

You think this is the only part of the forum?

Go back to the Toby thread and tell us some more about why you don't understand anything.
Really don't understand why I get your panties in such a wad.

Crazy that I'm the bad guy when I want our team to be getting better, not sell to our rivals, and replace players in the positions that we sell them.

My YouTube verdict

reminds me of a harder working Shaqiri, same body shape, running style and technically gifted. Tbh though I've never seen him play or heard of him before today :p

Ha! That’s funny, I remember quite a few moths ago I was bored and trying to find players with Dembele’s ball retention and pass completion skills on whoscored.

This guy was freakishly similar and doing it in a top league. He had something like 91% pass accuracy, which was the third best in La Liga at the time.

I posted this into the transfer thread in Spurs Chat and naturally it wasn’t a name anyone got excited about, or wanted to discuss. He clearly does his job very well though and might not make a lot of sense until you look at his stats.

Only 23 as well. Really not very surprised if we go for him, and think he’d be one of those players that only gets better under Poch.

I'm reserving judgement of the window till after it has closed, and we know what the squad makeup looks like. I think thats only fair.(y)

First reply

Already, I thought the same, but really this year I think we are making tremendous sales in very difficult situations. We are getting tough in the negotiations and I think that gives me hope

Second reply

Our chairman 'el baldo' is very adeptings at waiting until the final minute. Maybe he can return a large money for this sheet player.

Third reply
