I can't wait to see this lad pull on our shirt next season. He has improved immensely.

Graham on now, and Sinclair. Should give them a little bit more up front but individual quality really counts for a lot when it comes to strikers. If they had Ade, they'd likely be pushing for a Europe League place.

Williams playing everyone on there. Fantastic strike by Cisse. Fair play to the Codes. They've taken a punt on 2 players others wouldn't for some reason. Being repaid handsomely.

Yeah I'm not a fan of Ashley (I think I'm Rio Ferdinand) Williams, He seriously needs to calm down

Well now, played well again and if his CB partner had the vaguest notion of positioning, Swansea might have got something out of that. They looked toothless up front though.

Just 20 ys old and playing like that.

We have found our new King, folks.

He has such composure on the ball. Definitely an old head on young shoulders.

The Reason behind this is the fact that if he plays every game for the rest of the season, he will play his hundredth league game on his debut:eek:, Rio Ferdinand achieved this when he was 21 and had only played 127 games by the age of 22, when he was sold for £18million 12 years ago, so god knows what he is worth

Caulker was brilliant today, moved the ball very well. He has improved a lot since the begining of the season, cannot wait till he is a spurs player next season

Yessir. Games games games. We right off players in this country far too early but if a player has anything about him he should by the age of 21/22 have at least 50 first-team games, at whatever level, by then. If not, unless it's injury etc, then the chances are he might not have what it takes.

Luckily for us, he seem so talented that about a third of them will have been at the top level before he even hits his stride with us. He'll have a better calibre of player around him unarl.

He's been so impressive in that he has personally been the rock of the defence. He's not just done well playing a part but he seems to have adopted the role as their defensive talisman.

Just found out he's a Gooner.

Disappointing.

And, what if it is the case?

Come on, Redknapp grew up watching Arsenal games, Defoe supported Arsenal as a kid and Campbell was supposed to be a Spurs fan yet still went to Arsenal. The truth is these are professional players, who they supported before comming into football has little relevance to what they do on it.

The last Brentford fan (that I know of anyways) who played for us did rather well.

That said Redknapp did play for us between the ages of 11-15 but to be honest their won't be too many tottenham fans(that are players) that were born after gazza left and before jol came

Going from that unrivalled source of cack, wiki, he was offered trials with seven clubs. They only named us, chelsea, QPR and Reading though so no idea of the other 3. Says he supported Brentford as a kid too.

Who knows though. He joined us at 15/16 and never looked back. That's all that really matter.

I thought he was a bit lackadaisical today, especially in possession, responsible for giving away the ball on several occasions under no real pressure. he is not anywhere near King on the ball either. (well nearer now, more to King's current immobility) But King is a true one off with his technique allied with his trademark calmness.

But that was probably the worst i have seen from him this season (and that's not saying much as he was not especially bad)

He brings the ball out of defence well. Didn't see much of his defending due to so much Swansea possession.

This is one thing i'm slightly worried about. Don't know how much actual defending he's had to do this season. But hopefully that will be the same when he comes to us next year :)
