The KJH, Joe Cole, Craig Bellamy update.....

Interview on TalkSport this morning with Adebayor's agent - said that his wages and the money that City want for him could make any permanent deal very tricky, most likely a loan with set fee to buy afterwards. He said that he thought that he was most likey to be sold abroad, but at no point ruled us out when asked.

From my understanding we agreed a fee with them "informally" but we had to wait for the Bojan deal to complete before we push forward and make it formal.

So us now agreeing with them is just a formality and all will fall in to place, possibly today or tomorrow?

Managed to chat to 2 members of the coaching staff, also the support staff all seemed quite confident that lukas staying. This is NOT ITK, just what Ive heard. Luka also mingled with the supporters, seemed really happy and relaxed.

I just wonder if the Journo's source has a vested interest in Schalke and is trying to drum up interest, as it contradicts almost everything I have heard this window. As Mr Pink says, if we sign one of them then a lot of people will have some serious questions to ask their sources. However, I don't doubt his legitimacy as he has been strongly backed by Stoof and the mods... hmmn interesting one :think: we shall see anyway! can guarantee Bellamy is signing for Tottenham not on loan but a full transfer on a 3 year deal. Yes I understand how this sounds, why would Man City sell to Tottenham who are a top 5 premier league team, yes Bellamy has stated numerous times he only wants to play for Cardiff and he wants to be close to home. Bellamy is 100% signing for Tottenham. No doubt there will be people on here denying this totally but I just hope this thread stays fresh for the next few days.

If your wondering how I know well my brother in law is good friends of the family. Regulary up his house. Hes asked for this news not to come out yet but i fancied poping it on the board.

Im not claiming to be ITK or best friends with all the Cardiff City players like some people on here but this will be happening.

The slightly more hopeful update....

Just got an email back from a colleague at work who gets very good ITK regarding Man City.

With regards to the Bellamy to us story, his answer was " Total Rubbish"

Just phoned somebody I know and got told all this

"Bellamy wants to stay in Wales he needs to be close to his family and is sick of commuting and being away from his family Craigs aim was to get Cardiff promoted and seal the transfer there"

Then he said "with Dave jones now gone he was the main catalyst for the deal whether Cardiff can somehow sort a deal out to get Bellamy is unknown as his wages are astronomical and they simply can't afford but every man and his dog knows Cardiff need a new striker"

"There also huge concerns over his fitness as hes been told his knees are going and the rumour is he could very well retire in as little as two seasons"

I then asked (said) there's rumours on the net he's on his way to us (Tottenham my source is also a spurs fan).

" Redknapp does love him and didn't he state he needs a bit of character in our squad craigs got that in abundance he's available for as little as two mil do you recon Harry would?"

I then asked could you find out? He said il try but "I can't see Craig playing For an English club again"

So he will give me a ring later my source is a scout.

Also told me Wayne Routledge is asking Swansea for £24,000 a week and 2 Mil aswell as asking Newcastle to pay him the wages for the remainder of his deal :lol: Forest are desperate for him and could actually pay his crazy demands.

I believe it. The Cahill info is spot on. Lots of enquiries, but Bolton have been quoting huge amounts especially after the Henderson deal.

They've shot themselves in the foot though as his sale would fund Coyles spending this summer.

Also word up here is we have zero chance on Adebayor.

I cant comment on the Vucinic transfer saga. I haven't heard anything about him from my source.

That's not to say something is happening with him and Spurs though.

He will atke a substantial wage cut. Its more about the 'IF' agreement thats written into contract and guarantee of purchase after 12 months. Its the settlement of who pays him what he would be missing out on...

For us non-technical ITK fans, is this good news or bad?

There had been a lot of argument over him taking a wage cut, so that aspect is good.

I think he was tempering it with the part about bonuses, which could scupper the deal

Archie said we had approached about a loan a week ago. I'm not sure if its been accepted as City have made noise about Madrid but not us particularly in the press. But I would think that the additional Jasper info is more along the lines of we have an understanding that were anything reached, he would take a wage cut. But I'm just guessing. I don't have any inside sources.

A few rumours kicking about on twitter that we are being linked strongly with Lukas Podolski.

26, would suit PL and Spurs and also plays at FC Cologne so would welcome the step up.

Yes, I meant to say English press. To clarify, someone earlier said that we'd only been linked to Vucinic in the English press and that in the Italian press he was only linked to Juventus (and some other club which I forget) but I saw with my own eyes the Italian TV linking us with Vucinic.

It seems that Adebayor and Vucinic are what we are going to push for and I'm going to be the first to say that I think the 'Ad n Itch strike force could be absolutely electric.
