someone has posted in general chat that he spoke to Bentley at Stansted airport - said he was off to Spain.............. Lets hope its to sign for someone rather than a holiday

Just spoke to my work colleague again re adebayor and he told me that nothing has changed since i spoke to him early last week.

He is sure that adebayor will end up abroad, and we have moved on to other targets. He did tell me last week we would know more by the end of this week, so we will wait and see to find out if he is correct

I've heard Crouch is off and Samba is in.

I posted a fair few weeks ago about Samba though (which was scoffed at by most ITK) so definitely worth taking with a pinch of salt, not sure if Crouch is off to Blackburn or somewhere else though, just waiting to find out what the sketch is with that one.

I did update on that Forlan piece today as well, but removed it!

I was told today that Forlan was in fact at Spurs, but no deal was agreed (fell through, terms not agreed which ever it was, it didn't happen).

I also said that whilst the club are looking towards a deal for Lorente (could be simply an offer, looking at costs, or have got as far as spoken to player), the opinion was that this wasn't going to happen.

As for the last piece of ITk, you choose to believe what you like dude, I have no reason not to believe what I have been told and I wouldn't fuck around with false info.

What I did post a while ago was the following:

The recent stuff of office gossip, isn't too far from the truth guys - so whatever he said before, add salt here, but it isn't a million miles away.

Blackburn want £10+ for Samba and were trying to get rid some of ours instead plus cash, not sure how much they are up for that, but the Venkys haven't a clue supposedly so maybe DL can bend them over a little?

Crouch to Everton, Sunderland ( swap maybe!!) and also QPR are all in the realms of possibility.

As you know with stuff it's pretty good and from both agent and players. And bar Diarra, the only incoming I know about that could/might happen was samba.
I'd love to say 'Llorente will sign on the pitch after the game saturday', or 'It Benzema boys!!' but I can't. I don't honestly know.

What I do know is that if we get rid off the keanes, defoes and Crouchs of the world we'd have two world class replacements and the kids of corblimy and Kane and of course pav would be the bench boys.

That's how I've been told it. Maybe we get rid of one or two and get one in, all three and two in.
