I feel this is worth sharing, as for me it shows the club very positively. We can often be quick to criticise when we feel they don't offer the service or consideration we expect so when some one goes above

Saturday I was in the shop and informed that they can't take gift cards at Wembley, if I wanted to complete the purchase do it online. Being a member I was able to have discount on the day so to not be able to use this in conjunction with the vouchers was a little frustrating (If it was a tenner I wouldn't have worried too much but had a little more than that so fairly significant). Spoke to a lady in the shop who looked to be overseeing everything and she explained there were basically IT issues between the stores which are Wembley's systems communicating with Spurs stores and systems. Being in software I can understand this.

I asked if I contacted the mail order team today (Monday) would they be able to honour the discount as it would be clear that I had purchased a match ticket. She then proceeded to suggest that would be ok, however she then went and got her business card and suggested I contacted her first today and she would instigate it with her colleagues this morning.

I did and she has already come back to me, requesting one of the team contact me and sort out the merchandise with the discount and free postage.

Really good customer service
