Not a transfer, but we'll be stuck seeing Terry's ugly mug on our screens for another year.

I think he'll be even worse in Conte's system than he was in AVB's (by far his worst period as a player), but there you go. Might give us something to laugh about.

Kevin Volland is off to Leverkusen for a fairly reasonable price (most German transfers seem to be).

I would have really liked him at Spurs, but Leverkusen seems to be a perfect match for both player and club. I think he'll do a great job in Roger Schmidt's incredible high pressing system.

They signed Baumgartlinger as well who's apparently been very impressive this season.

Are Leverkusen expected to sell anyone big? They've already signed 4 players as you've shown- albeit it doesn't look like they were very expensive.

Volland and Baumgartlinger are very good signings for Leverkusen- they're going to have a very solid squad for the Champions League next year.

Kramer to us would be nice. Doesn't seem like he fits in Leverkusen like he did at Gladbach. Schmidt likes to fill his CM 2 with more attack minded CMs like Aranguiz and Kampl. Then if he wants to be slightly more pragmatic he'll go with Bender.

A lot of Leverkusen fans think they will sell Kramer now. He has had a poor season and dont seem to fit their playing style. Juventus has shown some interest.

I wonder if losing Nordtveit and Xhaka might make Gladbach totally unwilling to entertain any offers for Mahmoud Dahoud. I think he'd be a great signing.

#arsenal to sign Granit Xhaka as midfielder heads to London to complete move| @JWTelegraph http://telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/05/20/arsenal-to-sign-granit-xhaka-as-midfielder-heads-to-london-to-co…

Arsenal are poised to confirm their first signing of the summer, with Granit Xhaka today due at the club’s London Colney training base for a medical following a breakthrough in negotiations with Borussia Monchengladbach on a £30 million deal.

Arsenal had initially bid close to £20 million for the Switzerland midfielder but, with Monchengladbach hoping to get more than £30 million, an agreement was eventually reached on a deal understood to be worth an initial £25 million but rising potentially to £30 million. Xhaka had a release clause in his contract for £23 million that would have become active next year.

Just thinking about it, surely Kramer going back to Gladbach makes complete sense now that Xhaka's going to Arsenal.
