It's almost summer transfer time and some deals are already being agreed as well a lot of rumours.

So, here goes. A mix of both fact and fiction. Let's see what comes of these 'rumours'. Some are quite odd..

Ben Arfa to join Barcelona
Hatem Ben Arfa is expected to join Barcelona next season. The Nice winger has become the European champions' top target ahead of Kevin Gameiro and Alexandre Lacazette.

Corluka set for Bayern move
Lokomotiv Moscow defender Vedran Corluka will join Bayern Munich this summer having twice rejected a loan move to the Allianz Arena outfit.

Dortmund to seal Dembele deal
Borussia Dortmund will complete the signing of Rennes starlet Ousmane Dembele on Wednesday for a fee between €15 million and €20m.

Dortmund are also close to signing a Ukrainian called Oleksandr Zinchenko from UFA.

Maybe between the two of them they are going to try and replace Gundogen if/when he goes to Man City?

Renato Sanches, linked to Man Utd for £60m, has joined Bayern for £27m. Ha.

And Dortmund have confirmed the deal for Hummels to join Bayern. No figures mentioned in their press release.

Another title coming up then.

Amazing how clubs outside England can buy players so much cheaper than the fees English clubs always seem to be quoted. The downside of having the best TV deal (not to mention being bankrolled by Oligarchs).

But it also shows that the PL, for all the entertainment value, is a way behind Bayern, Barca and probably Real in attractiveness to the top players.

You're pretty much nailed on to win trophies if you join either of those 3 clubs, whereas this season has proven that the PL is so competitive that a big salary at a so called big club guarantees you nothing.

Likes Erik Lamela, deal with it.

The fee for Renato Sanches could rise to 80 million euros - crieky.

That is a serious show of intent from Bayern today.

Benfica had to disclose the sale the investors

Benfica's release put the Sanches sale at €35m (~£27.5m) PLUS €45m (~£35.5m) in bonuses....so about €80m (~£63m).....sooooo not exactly getting a bargain on the deal.

The statement you've linked reads as though it's €10m in additional payments dependant on goals by 2021.

Surely these players are 3rd Party?
The world has went mad, and if United do get 4th expect a summer of wasted ££££'s again.
Its going to be difficult season for Levy i think.

Santos willing to sell Gabriel Barbosa for €30 million to Dortmund...will be interesting if he'll make the leap with the same fluency as Neymar.

So they're getting both him and Dembele?

"previstos valores adicionais num montante global de €45.000.000".....so the add-ons can equal up to €45m.

Now i have seen that some of the add-ons are basically a given "x amount when he gets y appearances" (just like United coughing up £10m when Martial got his 25th appearance) and others are a bit bigger stretch (there may by one in the contract where Benfica gets paid if he wins the Ballon d'or).

Sounds a bit like the shit you pull in Football Manager..."i bid £6 for 'Player X' up front and then a balloon payment of £49,999,994 when he gets 50 appearances for the national team" but since the national team isn't in the game you get him for £6.

Are you sure he needs to win it?

Monaco get paid for Martial if he gets shortlisted(20/25 man list) for the Ballon d'or

No idea honestly. Just saw that it was mentioned as one of the bonuses and the other bonus i saw was for appearances but i know there are probably others. I don't think Benfica needs to say what they are beyond the potential amount.
