It's nice to hear that he wants to stay and that him and Son are so close but it cant be ignored how little he played last season. I'd be surprised if he's still at the club come 1st September.

I'd love to see him stay if he can get up to speed at LCB in a back 3. Still relatively young, could be Jan's long term successor, but doesn't look as composed as he needs to be as LCB in a 3, seems happier as part of a flat back 4.

TBF I lost the will to live in that place over the years and it went from being a massive laugh to a giant ballache. But the inactivity over the past couple of windows has sort of recharged the batteries, so yeah, there will be cryptics, songs, stories, everything. But not daily. As and when...........
