mate I think you are very close to being spot on here. I was thinking about Poch's comment today that he looks at a group of 25 including a few young players.
Taking the existing squad (switching Pau for the departing Vorm) and adding Sess:

23 players come from:
ST:Kane, Fernando (2)
Attacking Midfield behind ST: Son, Alli, Eriksen, Lamela, Moura, SESS (6)
CM: Dembele, Dier, Wanyama, Winks (4)
LB: Rose, Davies (2)
CB: Verts, Toby, Sanchez, Foyth (4)
RB: Trippier, Aurier (2)
GK: Hugo, Gazza, PAU (3)

Add in KWP and one of Onomah/ TOB/ Skipp/ Edwards and you get to 25.

This is what, in the best possible way, has puzzled me about the massively appreciated ITK from @Hercules and @Trix.
While I love the ambition being discussed, I am really confused as to how we can bring in top talent without losing some of our existing top talent.

Put it another way. With Sessegnon, do we really need ANOTHER attacking midfielder/ forward with 6 players for 3 slots?
I would not want to lose any of the existing group that I have listed above.

You will note that Sissoko, GKN, Janssen are all missing along with Vorm. Figure that the first three will cover the money needed for the Sessegnon boys (with the younger being left at Fulham).

This leaves outstanding questions about those from KWP, Onomah and CCV that don't make Poch's 25 (the others are still a bit young). I hope we keep all 3 but really want KWP in the squad.

Anyhow, the main puzzle for me, as I mentioned is the one referenced earlier ---- surely we would have to lose players we don't want to lose to bring in more talent without disrupting the size and chemistry of the group.

Shows how well Levy and Poch have done the last few years. I can only come up with 1-2 players within the Prem that I would consider swapping for their "equivalent" in our squad.
Spot on.

If i was sess advisor why would i be looking out for the interest of tottenham over my player?
As a tottenham fan i would love to sign him. Just don't think it would be the best move for the player at this point in time. Which is why we may not get him.
Fulham’s possible promotion.

Tbh after the last 4 years we have had under MP no way will I question any signing he potentially makes. of course we all have players we would love to see play for our club but in this case we have to trust the system/manager.

Tah is a good player. Given we have gone 17 games unbeaten without Toby, as long as he goes abroad I wouldnt be too fussed. Great player but either you want to stay or you dont. Tah would be a good replacement.

I like many others have fretted over Toby's contract status.... Yet here we are 17 games later and unbeaten. Just shows we must have some perspective.

Who would be a good shout to come in as cover for mousa ,

Lemina is the most similar player in the prem in terms of style, if we don't wanna spend huge money then I think he's a shout.

If we wanna go mad, Milinkovic-Savic is the one to go for imo.

If Sessegnon keeps scoring he'll soon be out of our reach, he might even help Fulham get automatically promoted

It seems Sessegnon has his head screwed on right. He had opportunities to go to big clubs but chose to stay with Fulham as it was right for his career. Regular first team football has seen him rise to being one of the starring players in the Championship as a teenager.

Due to his rise, and I assume a lot of improvement, he is now highly in demand. Teams aren't now interested solely in his potential but in what he can do now.

We have bought Moura but ITK suggested we were also interested in Malcom. So the info we have suggests Poch wants to bring in another AM.

A lot of ITK and news stories are suggesting we are his preferred destination. While I am not completely confident of getting him I do believe there is a good chance.

However with Lamela coming back we have Alli, Eriksen, Son, Lamela and Moura competing for 3 places. We also have Edwards knocking on the door hoping for a chance.

Do we have space for another AM and able to give minutes?

As it stands I would say no??
I can only really see lamela possibly dele (if we get a crazy bid) leave but that’s unlikely imo.
Is Malcom that special? (Genuine question) to replace any of our 5 attacking players?

If we don't sell any of our current attacking mids I don't see any room for another established player unless they genuinely are a step up on what we currently have. But then that would likely result in us selling a player.

As Sessegnon has shown desire to play ahead of taking a pay rise before I can't imagine him thriving when not playing.

As far as attacking mid is concerned we might be best off having Edwards 6th choice and slowly easing in.
