I’m trying to think what the first team would be...
Lloris
Trippier Toby Jan Rose
Sissoko N’Dembele
Son Dele Erikson
Kane

Bench would be powerful as well,

Moura, lamella, llorente, winks, Wanyama, dier, Sanchez, ‘Jansen’
. So basically you are saying we go with exactly the same team we just fell over the line with this season plus one player and that powerful bench we had last year???

If we signed this guy, played him in a televised game that had David Pleat in commentary & told him it was Dembele, he'd maybe actually pronounce a name right for once.

I am really liking how our rivals are starting to sign what many would consider the ‘Plan B’s’ in our transfer list. Makes me think they have realised they can’t get their Plan A’s because they’re going to Spurs.

Man Utd getting James as they can’t get Sessegnon.

PSG getting Herrera and Allan as they can’t get N’dombele

Optimistic thinking? Or is this the new reality? ?

James will be huge imo.

There's so much wrong with this I don't know where to begin or where to end. My head just exploded and my body is now just wandering aimless in the desert of nothingness...
Oh trust me there’s so much wrong with it, I’m just going with the team we played the most last year

But, that’s what Siggi delivered for Swansea. It doesn’t always port to another club. And I liked Siggi a lot. Some players just work perfectly for one particular team at one particular time.

Griezmann was really good for Sociedad as well. That's the team you can compare to Swansea. He then continued even better for Atletico.

Euro 16 Golden Boot winner and Player of the Tournament too, plus MotM in the World Cup final, so he clearly performs at international level too.

People might not like him, but he is a top player.

I personally think Pogba is one of those vastly overrated players like Benzema and Griezmann. Onions and all that.......

Love him or loath him Ferguson got almost all the big decisions right.
He saw something he didn’t like about Pogba when he was coming through the ranks and i can see why he let him go now

That literally didn't happen.

“There are one or two football agents I simply do not like, and Mino Raiola, Paul Pogba’s agent is one of them. I distrusted him from the moment I met him."
“We had Paul under a three-year contract, and it had a one-year renewal option which we were eager to sign."
“Raiola suddenly appeared on the scene and our first meeting was a fiasco. He and I were like oil and water."
Ferguson then pretty much came out and said that Raiola convinced the French midfielder that Manchester United wasn't the right place for him.

“From then our goose was cooked because Raiola had been able to integrate himself with Paul and his family and the player signed with Juventus.“

Thank you for this! This myth has become a small part of Fergie’s legacy that he supposedly ‘saw through Pogba then’, but Fergie wanted to keep him. Sir Alex wanted to bring him through whilst Pogba wanted to play and backed his ability. IIRC their match v Blackburn saw SAF start Park and Rafael over him when he was just starting out and he thought he’d never get the chance to break through and I personally think that’s when Raiola snaked in and his grip on that lads career could really hurt him. Either way cba to talk this much about some Utd player but just hate the way the media has influenced how some see him tbh

In what is hopefully his final game for Lyon tonight, Ndombele

scored a goal (might be his first this season in Ligue 1)
Won 3 tackles
Completed 6 dribbles ?
And produced 3 accurate long balls

Pretty good send off if you ask me
