Well he stuck Dele in straight away
Dele trained with the first team, while at MK on Loan for the 6 months, had a full pre-season and was then integrated into the first team.
I don’t think it was full time, just in for a couple sessions a weekDele trained with Spurs whilst he was on loan at MK Dons? Do you have a link to this at all it's the first I've heard of him doing so
Toby wasn’t at Southampton under Poch but I get what you’re saying. If a player is good enough then he should be able to crack on. How much is down to the player and how much is down to the manger’s trust is another thing.

Might be mistaken but I thought Dele came in early as a couple of other wide forwards got injured (Andros?). He then scored that diving header and never looked back.Well he stuck Dele in straight away

Recently I’ve been experiencing high levels of anxiety and angst. It’s been so profoundly disastrous that it’s impacted significantly on my personal and professional relationships . And at the heart of this terrible malaise is the uncertainty over when Dele started training with us.
Thank fuck I came into the Ndombele thread, and miracle of miracles happened across this crucial, enlivening discussion regarding our very own Dele Alli and his training schedule when he first signed for us. God bless you, you shiny diamond turdlings
Betterbetter that than 80 posts in a row with an ever so slightly changed spelling of his name ffs
