Appreciate you sharing this but it doesn't seem right to me. For starters we seem to be on the brink of spending £35m on Clarke and Sessegnon (not to mention Steven Sessegnon) in addition to Ndombele, then there's also the fact that we were prepared to splash out huge money for De Jong last summer which would suggest there was money to spend before the Champions League run. I have no doubt that Levy will look to recoup as much as possible in sales but there's clearly at least some money to spend outside of the revenue that we generated in the CL.

To be fair he’d only really be wrong on the budget front if we got a Lo Celso type in as well as keeping Eriksen. Ndombele and Clarke would fall within that estimated figure.. then Sess will be seen as a Rose replacement if he leaves then obviously as per ITK has said about replacing trippier and Toby if they go. Annoyingly not a bad educated guess from my best mate who recently blocked me

Yes it's rather lovely actually. There is a fair bit if hate on social media etc about us potentially getting this done "how can they do it with the stadium?" Etc - I've even seen asks for us to be looked into for breaches of FFP rules lol so if we didnt sell and still made more signings it would feel extra sweet.

Oh the stupidity... We've not signed a player in 18 months, the FFP rulemakers probably don't know we exist, that's how little we've spent .
