Look to use moura and eriksen as subs if needed. Its very difficult to choose the 3 behind kane right now (apart from lamela who is nailed on) and a case can be made for any of them to play.

If Dier is not fully fit I expect Foyth to play in holding midfield role as he did when Sanchez came on late at Wolves.

Very concerned about this game. Their biggest strength (wingers) is exactly where our biggest weakness is (fullbacks).

I'd go 3-2-1-3-2 (lol) to try and negate the threat.

Hopefully there is more to our game plan than putting 3 men on the right to deal with Zaha. I would go with an attacking line up so they are worrying more about our goal threat than we are about theirs.
