With all the speculation swirling about I've lost a bit of intererst in this game.

I'm far more interested in Poch commiting his future to us.

From the way poch has been rotating i think we can safely say that the following are set to play.........

--------------Gazza--------------
Kwp--------?--Toby--Davies
------------Winks----?-----------
---Moura---Eriksen--Son---
--------------------?------------------

These are certainties IMO with the injuries we have and with certain players ruled out due to recovering from recen injuries and playing the past 2 games.

Will alli or sissoko play? Will son play upfront and start kane on the bench therfore bringing in lamela (which is what i would do). Is sanchez ready to start or will it be foyth?

Id go sanchez, alli and lamela in those 3 up for grabs but can easily make a case for sissokos physical presence if he is not to fatigued.

Is Jan out of this one?

If so, Davies and Toby in the centre, with KWP And Rose at fullback. Winks, Sissoko the middle pair. Son, Dele, Eriksen behind Kane. Would love to fit Lamela in there too, but no room unless we drop Eriksen back and drop one of Winks or Sissoko.

Maybe go with Gazza in goal for this one too. I’d certainly like to see us go strong and knock that smile off their faces. The last two games at theirs have hurt, I hope our staff and players feel the same.

FFS Pinky, come on. If he had to do that every time there's a rumour he'd spend most of his press conferences doing it. The same with players, should they come out and do that every time there's a rumour? Eventually press conferences would consist of nothing but a lengthy round of rumour denials and not much else :D

I mean, I'd like to come out and say he's got no intention of leaving too but I understand why he doesn't. I know you never say never in football but we're just going to have faith. And if he does go then we'll move on like we always do. You never know, Levy might strike gold twice on the trot and we become a title winning machine under Fat Sam or something :cautious:

No way would I be putting Sanchez and Foyth in straight after injury, and certainly not at The Emirates. We need a calm head at the back, as shown just a couple of weeks back. I would Keegan love us to win this one.

Much more important game than the Everton one for me. I wish Poch agreed with me but I know he doesn't.

Kane has a cold didn’t train and is a doubt. Sanchez is not ready but foyth will be in squad.

I hate the scum and every game against them is big, but since we qualified for the CL last 16 it kinda feels like we have bigger fish to fry.

Poch don't worry about.

They can't afford any injuries, especially defensively so i can see them lining up either inexperienced or makeshift at the back. If Kane is a doubt then id go with Son, Alli, Lucas as a forward 3. But the argument to give Llorente a game is also there. KWP, Toby, Foyth, Davies will be the back 4 i would imagine. Winks and Sissoko in the middle with any of the front 4 possible

Deep down I think he does like every one of us but doesn't want to say it incase we get beat.

This is much bigger then the Everton game. If we were in 6th with United's points then the league would be a priority. But we have a small cushion in the league to really go full strength tonight

We will field a second tier kind of set up. Despite the bluster, Tottenham Plc don't care about this one. Love to win it (obvs) but resigned to losing and letting Woolwich momentarily delude themselves again about their place in the pecking order.

The only plus of Arsenal winning is that it would pretty much stuff them in regard of top 4. They’d have an extra 4 high pressure games with Europa 32 and 2 leg semi. That’s without getting to final and then missing a PL game and having to play catch up. Obviously in theory I’d love to win it but it really is a poison chalice in terms of top 4 bar being City. Everyone that’s got to semi in last few years has struggled re top 4 bar city. And the carabo/europa combo is near enough impossible.

to be honest, first time in a a while, not too fussed if its a weakened team out tonight. Too many injuries already this year, with a very busy schedule coming up. Its just a shame the game is a derby, won't hear the end of it from that lot
