Same as today but probs rotate full backs. Give Lamela another 30mins. I'd be tempted to go all out though by starting Lamela instead of Dembele and get it wrapped up so can sub off key players early for weekend game.

Ideally would want dembele to start but depends how he feels after today's game. Can see him on the bench with sissoko starting ahead of him.

Guessing by the calls, that Lamela looked at it again today? Or just Dele in his stupor still?

Dele wasn't as bad as some people are suggesting, yes he performed the worst out of all the attacking players but he didn't have a bad game.

We have a lot of games coming up so would be wise to have a bit of rotation and if Lamela is up for starting them I think this game would be a good one for him to get involved in from the start.

I don't think Dembele can play the midweek game after a full stint today. He certainly won't be able to play against Citeh at the weekend if he does play again. My money is on Sissoko starting alongside Winks, but he could drop Alli back in there and start Lamela.

Really don't want to see Sissoko starting. I don't mind him so much as a sub but his time starting in PL needs to stop.
Dembele was good today and we definitely need him at it v Man City. Brighton are going to sit back more than anyone and don't have that much pace on counter.

I'd go with this:

Lloris
Aurier Dier Vertonghen Rose
Winks
Eriksen Lamela
Dele Son
Kane

We have to pick Wednesday's team with City in mind.

I'd try to get another game out of today's full backs v Brighton, because I want Aurier and Rose to rough up Sane and Sterling.

The only other issue is Dembeles fitness, think I'd play him off the bench on Wed. Winks and Sissoko I suppose is the only option? Foyth looks like he can play there but risky. Maybe good to play Alli deeper, but without the irresponsibility he's shown in possession today and v WBA.

Bit of a Hobsons choice in midfield next to Winks as i'd be extremely surprised if Dembele started this one which leaves either Sissoko or Dier.

Confidence is up and what with Brighton suffering a bad loss against Huddersfield with little room to rotate for Hughton i'd say we can bring in Foyth for his League debut which in turn pushes Dier into midfield - not ideal but preferable to Sissoko.

Still believe 3 at the back is ultimately best suited but can't ignore the prior result coupled with missing personnel. Full backs will likely be rotated and with another lacklustre display by Alli, I think Lamela is ready to start in his stead;

Lloris

Aurier Foyth Vertonghen Rose

Dier Winks

Lamela Eriksen Son

Kane

Anyone but Sissoko in the middle. He massively limits us and just leaves Winks to create. Dembele needs resting for Citeh so I’d bring Foyth in and move Dier in next to Winks. I’d like to keep fullbacks from today but Poch will rotate. I can’t imagine Lamela is ready to start yet. Fantastic to see him playing again though. Such a great option from the bench. We’ve misssd him. Dele will find his form again. He’s still making the runs, goals will come. I thought he played well in the 2nd half.
