Now that Rose is starting to find some fitness again and Aurier having another week with the squad they will show how much more potential and threat they carry over Davies and Trippier

If I was to hazard a guess it'll be the same lineup that we used against Dortmund, so Aurier and Rose in for Trippier and Davies.

If you think Poch will drop his love child (Dier) you got no chance, lol

Team will be:

Lloris
Aurier, Dier, Sanchez, Verts, Rose
Sissoko, Winks
Alli, Eriksen,
Kane

Bench: Vorm, Dembele, Tripps, Pile of shit aka Llorente, KWP, Son, Foyth

Dele and Eriksen need benching/ rest. However with the dearth of options in our attacking midfield positions they’ll probably end up playing again against Leicester.

And so the pattern of poor form and / or fatigue continues....

Just to add - not saying this is the team I want to see, but this is the team we will see IMO, bar any new injuries

One of Alli or Eriksen needs to be dropped. Don't think we can afford to drop both. I think we need to protect Eriksen for this game so I'd reluctantly start Alli despite him being a shower of shite today. Llorente is useless, if we need to change it put Son upfront and bring Lamela or Eriksen on.

Lloris
Sanchez Dier Vertonghen
Aurier-------------------------------Rose
Winks Dembele Alli
Son--Kane
Vorm, Trippier, Foyth, Davies, Oakley-Boothe, Lamela, Eriksen

I’d like to see Son up top with Kane in a proper striker-partnership in a 3-5-2 formation with Rose at left wing back.

I want Sissoko starting. Time to mix it up a little and take actual form into account. We've taken four points from the last 12.

Leicester's midfield is combative enough but they're vulnerable to set pieces, some added height in our line up wouldn't go a miss.

Just let Sissoko fucking run at them through the centre, ar least he creates space for others. Eriksen and Dele as late potential game changers. The pair of them need a reminder that their form has been off and we're struggling as a result.

Lloris

Aurier

Oh and Poch, 3 defenders on the bench with zero creativity is negligence.

Eriksen cannot possibly start after that today. If we had better options Dele would be out as well. Attacking options are looking painfully thin.

Dele had two assists against Dortmund and another assist today but some want him dropped,i don't think so. Eriksen is a different story though, ever since he scored that hat trick for Denmark he's been dismal for us.

Our away form is good, after today's shambles we have to get back to back wins to get back on track and counter today's dropped points. Watford are in the better form of the two so against Leicester I'd give Eriksen the rest he needs. Can't stand this one CM on his own tactic but at the same time can Dembele start two games in 4 days, I'd say no. We miss Wanyama massively.

I'd go v Leicester:

Lloris
Aurier Sanchez Vertonghen Davies Rose
Dier Winks
Son Dele
Kane

v Watford:

Lloris
Trippier Dier Sanchez Vertonghen Rose
Dembele Winks
Eriksen Son
Kane

We cant play with 2 CBs against vardy &co. We need 3 at the back.

I'll play the following, although i know Poch will definitely play a different line-up:-

..........................Lloris........................
..........Dier.......Sanchez.....Verts.......
Trips........Dembele....Winks......Rose
.................Alli.............Son..................
...........................Kane........................

Im choosing to play Alli only because theres no other choice. If Lamela is fit I'd play him instead of Alli.

Lloris
Dier Sanchez Vetonghen
Aurier Winks Dembele Rose
Dele
Kane Son
Full strength backline; with our more attacking wingbacks I like the back three to unlock them - just not with he more conservative Trippier and Davies.

Winks and Dembele can both do their fair share defensively, and can both progress their ball in different ways.

Dele’s contributed three assists in two games now, and I feel like Eriksen needs the rest more.

Kane and Son pick themselves at the moment; although Kane needs a bloody rest sometime.
