Guessing on who will be available due to injury:

Lloris
KWP Toby Jan Davies
Eriksen Dier Rose
Moura Kane Lamela

Subs: Vorm, Sanchez, Foyth, Alli, Sissoko, Son, Llorente
May as well do something to make the last day interesting. I'm not fussed if we finish 3rd or 4th with it making no difference to when we begin our CL campaign, but even so I think this team can win the game in any case.

KWP (if fit?) to start at right back, especially with the other two injury doubts. On the left, something of an experimental set-up, and due to us probably lacking in numbers after injuries. It could also be flexible, Lamela might swap with Rose, or Rose to run the flank with Davies holding the left cm3 position... Fuck it, just would be something to observe on the last day.

If I could I'd probably leave out all three of Kane, Alli, and Son, but probably have to select at least one of them and so Kane by default, whilst freshening up the other attacking positions.

I'm torn between a back three with Toby playing, and sticking with a four and getting Lucas and Lamela in with Dele.

Either way, I'd like to see Walker-Peters start, and Eriksen starting deeper alongside Dier given he should be fit. Let's not do the Sissoko thing again if possible.

I'd go:-

Lloris

Toby, Sanchez, Verts*

KWP, Dier, Eriksen*, Rose

Moura, Kane, Dele

*As long as they aren't too knackered to play.

Poch has to take this opportunity to start KWP and Moura for this one IMHO.

Taking into account those with injury doubts (Dier, Dembele, Aurier and perhaps Trippier) coupled with lethargic/shit performances of late (Son, Alli) i'd likely go with something like this;

Lloris

Sanchez Alderweireld Vertonghen

KWP Wanyama Eriksen Rose

Moura Kane Lamela

Dier had a virus, should be fine for Sunday.

I’d like to see:

Lloris
Toby Sanchez Vert
KWP Dier Eriksen Rose
Lucas Kane Alli

Or

Lloris
KWP Sanchez Vert Rose
Dier Eriksen
Lucas Lamela Alli
Kane

Basically play our best available side, but give KWP and Lucas a bit of experience playing with them.

I suppose if West Ham win tonight, the outside chance of 2nd place might affect team selection.

I want to finish above Liverpool, still I would like to see Foyth, Moura and KWP get a start. And Kane should get his 40th goal this season.
The I would like to see some youngsters instead of Sissoko or Llorente. Unfortunate won't happen I guess.

----------------------------Lloris--------------------------------
KWP---------Foyth--------------Vertonghen----Davies-
--------------Eriksen-----------Wanyama------------------
------Lucas-------------Lamela-----------------Dele---------
---------------------------Kane-----------------------------------

Subs: Gazzaniga, Alderweireld, Rose, Son, Sterling, TOB, Bennetts

I agree. This reminds me of that final game a few seasons ago (may have been last season), when Man U played Bournemouth and the match was abandoned due to a fake bomb. Due to the game being played at a later date, the clubs already knew their destiny in regards to what would happen if they won/drew/lost - which in the end was sweet fuck all regardless for both. Thousands of fans paid decent sums of cash to go watch what was essentially a pre-season friendly. I cannot get my head around why Mourinho didn't spruce things up a bit by sticking de Gea up front and Rooney in goal etc. It would have atleast made the game a bit entertaining for the fans who turned up

Probably because he was unemployed at the time.

Would really hope we let Toby start and get a proper send off from the fans. I want to play to win this one.

My final wish would be that we don't let Mahrez go into the opposing dressing room after the game and just keep him. Seems like he is off for sure this summer and would be an amazing upgrade to Lamela in the squad.

He needs to play his strongest side.
We want to finish 3rd ( not expecting Manure to trip up twice)
Plus most of these guys are going to World Cup so will need to keep focused

I'd give Dier and Sanchez rest now for World Cup been a long season for both of them. Wanyama could do with another 90mins too.

Lloris
KWP Alderweireld Vertonghen Rose
Wanyama
Dele Eriksen
Lucas Kane Son

Vorm, Foyth, Davies, TOB, Sissoko, Lamela, Sterling

I have to pull you on that , not being fussed finishing 3rd or 4th What!

Theres a difference regardless of CL. Finishing 3rd or possibly 2nd is better than 4th.
