...................Lloris
.......Toby...Sanchez...Verts
Aurier....Winks....Dier.....Davies
..................Eriksen
..........Dele.........Son
Spot on- Son for pace, Dele for awkwardness and goal threat. I'd even go 3511 with Eriksen playing in a 3CM to really fuck the risk averse Mourinho over. Force Utd to come at us and then exploit the gaps

Llorente with Alli playing off him for me but Dele MUST go beyond looking for flick ons and knock downs, could be a deadly duo if we play to their strengths.

I bet you £50 (donation) before the season is out we see Foyth or Toby at DM.

What do you know about Foyth that I don't?

He's a young lad in a new league that has played 2 games at CB in a dodgy cup competition. I think hes been alright and looks promising but he's had his own lapses of concentration. Why suddenly stick him at DM for United away?

Because he's clearly beyond his years; a natural footballer; would have mouse next to him and 3 CB's behind him; has the full passing package - good vision, great long piercing passes on the ground, accurate long balls - is fearless, composed, fast and would give Matic a problem he needs to have.

I wouldn't have a problem putting him there; I think he'd deal with the occasion.

Didnt you have Jannsen starting in attacking mid in a lot of your line ups last season or am i thinking of someone else

Had him behind Kane as he wasn't getting involved in games - getting increasingly frustrated and down - and needed to be.

Son is better off a front man. I'd be tempted to play Alli up top with Son off him.

Llorente will still be wheezing after Wednesday.

Pretty sure it will be this. Should have fluidity and pace. Llorente and Winks would be strong contenders. I think this would give us the muscle in the middle to dominate them, and the craft to get behind them should the decide to come at us.

Lamela on the bench would be a huge positive.

His trickery and vision could be vital in the last 15 minutes.

Okay clutching straws here but;

Hypothetically what’s the rule (if any) of a Manager saying in his press conference a player is not available, then miraculously he is on game day??? Unsportsmanship??
Mind games?? I’m sure it’s happened to us before? Usually arsenal??

Every year Wenger declares that Henry, Van Persie, Sanchez or whoever his star player is at the time is out of the derby, and it's never, ever true.

He's actually stopped doing it quite so much the last few seasons when we've been beating them, presumably because he's finally realised it does him no good.

I just wouldn't play Dier in midfield unless it's as a pure defensive midfielder. He's been poor all season when asked to play in midfield but not sit deep. If he plays then we have to go 3331. Usual back 3. Trippier Dier Davies. Son, Dele, Eriksen, llorente.

Only trouble with that is that it leaves us with zero attacking options on the bench.
