Hugo
Sanchez - Dier - Jan
Trippier - Winks - Dele - Davies
Son - Eriksen
Kane
Poch has a habit of rotating the full backs so i wouldn't be surprised to see Rose and Aurier, but i think Trippier and Davies deserve to play again after their efforts last night.

Also depends whether Davies and Hugo have any lasting effects from their knocks v Madrid and whether HK has any stiffness following his shift. Either way, none of them should be anywhere near international duty.

Lloris
Aurier Sanchez Dier Verts Rose
Winks
Sissoko Eriksen
Dele
Kane

Subs: Vorm, Trippier, Foyth, Dembele, Nkoudou, Son, Llorente

* looked like Davies might’ve picked a knock up yesterday so maybe a idea to rest him completely

Does Dier have a brother I did not know about. I would replace the midfield Dier with Dele.

Ha ha ha yep I meant Dele lol I'm coming down with MAN FLU so a little fuzzy!

Unless given Dele's reported feud with his family means his number one bro Eric has had him adopted into the Dier household?

Dele Dier?

Has quite a ring to it!

Yea, a few knocks picked up yesterday it looked like so wouldn't be at all surprised to see Davies rested along with Aurier coming in for Tripps. Lloris i'd still go with despite looking a tad uncomfortable and Kane to start with hopefully a view of taking him off with say 20mins to spare.

Lloris

Dier Sanchez Vertonghen

Aurier Dembele Winks Rose

Alli Eriksen

Kane

Leaving out Dele after he had a superb game scoring two goals against Real Madrid would be madness.

Lloris
Sanchez Verts Davies
Aurier Dembele Dier Rose
Dele Eriksen Son
Llorente

Kane to sit on the bench all game unless absolutely necessary. Surely FL has got to start showing as an attacking force sometime soon.

Trippier ahead of Aurier if we're wanting our strongest XI; Zaha v Aurier has me flaccid.

Oh sorry, yes, I would include him in for Son - had him initially alongside Winks but thought Dembele could come in here and get some minutes under his belt.

Lloris apparently out and I would rotate Davies out of this one as well. I genuinely don't know about Kane. If he plays hopefully he only plays one of the international games, but I wouldn't be averse to resting him for this one considering his recent hamstring issue.

Vorm
Sanchez - Dier - Vertonghen
Aurier - Winks - Dembele - Rose
Eriksen - Kane - Dele

Rotate thd full backs. The more pacy duo in Rose and Aurier more adept at handling their pacy wide men, particularly Zaha.

Kane absolutely must start. Take him off when the job is done. Our rivals all playing each other so it's imperative we take the 3 points.

I love Dembele but he still doesn't look right to me. I would start Son and drop Eriksen back a little deeper.

Vorm

Sanchez
Dier
Vertonghen

Aurier
Winks
Eriksen
Rose

Dele
Son

Kane

Listened to interesting five 5 podcast. They were talking about how a lot of our players can easily play 2 or 3 positions. Which deceptively makes the squad a lot stronger than it actually appears on paper.Honestly believe as a defence unit we have the best in Europe.
2 great keepers
4 top draw FB + KWP
4 top draw CB + foyth
I’d like to see someone name a better 12 defence squad.I think Aurier and Rose will start, after that I have no idea.

I would go with this too, but not sure if Lloris will be fit for Sunday. Would like to see Son come on for Kane at some point.

This could be a tricky fixture, to say the least. It looks like Hugo is out as well as Toby, fingers crossed they are both fit for the NLD on the 18th.

With a few of others around us playing each other this weekend this has to be 3 points in the bag, I just hope that not too much celebrating is still being done otherwise they may lose focus and we don't want a draw at home to palace.

Everyone is putting Dier in at CB between Sanchez and Verts but surely it would make more sense to leave Sanchez in the middle of the 3 where he's been excellent all season and have Dier in the RCB role, would it not?
