I'm gonna assume the worse that Kane and Dele are both out.

Lloris
Trippier Sanchez Vertonghen Davies
Dier Dembele
Lucas Eriksen Lamela

If I were really trying to be creative:

Vorm
Trippier Toby Dier Davies
Wanyama Eriksen
Lamela Lucas Dele
Son

Lloris, Aurier, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Winks, Sissoko, Llorente

I would not mind seeing what Eriksen can do from a deeper position.

Dele might get a rest for this, especially if he's a doubt anyway, also assume Kane will if he's doubtful.

Davies will start for sure, and Trips.

Reckon it will be:

Lloris

Trippier
Sanchez
Vertonghen
Davies

Dier
Dembele

Lamela
Eriksen
Lucas

Son

Need to be full strength, no point resting anyone before the Int break as we know the int sides wont rest our players so why should we.....

Lloris
Trippier, Sanchez, Toby, Davies
Wanyama, Dembele
Eriksen, Lamela Moura
Son

Bench: Vorm, Sissoko, Dier, Verts, Llorente, Winks, Aurier

Assumed Kane, Alli, Rose all out.

What we will prob see

Vorm
Trippier, Foyth, Toby, Davies
Dier, Sissoko
Lucas, Lamela, Son
Llorente

It's interesting that kane's probable absence gives us some interesting options. We are a very different proposition without a focal point. I suspect that son will play up front with Eriksen, Alli (If fit) and Lamela/moura playing as the 3. That is a fantastic combination of players all of whom are creative, very fluid and capable of scoring a goal. Even if Alli is out I wouldn't be unhappy with Lamela, Eriksen and Moura behind son.

We really do have a great squad.

..........................Lloris

Trippier...Sanchez...Vertonghen...Davies

....................Dier....Dembele

...........Lamela......Alli......Eriksen

............................Son

Need to take this seriously and put out our strongest available XI. At the moment this is it. Lamela's performance today warrants a start.

My guess for Poch's selection if Toby, Rose, Dele, Kane and Dier (?) are doubts

Vorm
Trips Foyth Verts Davies
Sissoko Wanyama
Lamela Eriksen Son
Llorente

Personal selections:
Vorm
Aurier Foyth Sanchez Davies
Sissoko Wanyama
Lucas Lamela Eriksen
Son

or

Vorm
Foyth Sanchez Verts
Aurier Eriksen Wanyama Davies
Lucas Son Lamela

I would rather see Son up front than Llorente but with Poch starting Llorente in our last fixture with Swansea, (where he bagged a goal) I'm guessing he'll get the nod against his former club here. I think this would be a great opportunity for Lucas and Foyth to get 90 against PL opposition, as well as a look at how a Forth-Sanchez partnership could work out. Presumably, whether we advance to the next round or not, this could be Foyth's last shot at 90 mins this season... I do worry about Foyth and Trips defending the right flank together though, as they've looked particularly vulnerable in the cup this season. I think a Liverpool-esque pacy, fluid attack line with Lucas Son and Lamela would be a nightmare for Swansea.

Its not going to happen but would be interesting to see a 4-1-4-1 again with our offensive midfielders. I remember we ended pep's unbeaten run in his first season with something like this (when kane was out injured) – some of the players were different ofc but we did good.

Lloris
Trippier Sanches Vertonghen Davies
Wanyama
Moura Dele Eriksen Lamela
Son
