If we go with the four at the back, does Poch leave out Sanchez for Toby?

Would go against his principles. Toby probably isn't going to be here next year.

He's here now though and is a fine Defender. So i say play him and give us every chance to win these big matches and secure CL for the following season. If Toby leaves next season then all good and well. We still get more than double what we paid for him and hopefully he assist's with securing a CL place for the following season.

There is plenty of games this season for both to play.

Quite shocked at how many are leaving Dembele out of the starting line up for this one. Considering he is a big game player who is usually at his best in games like this. Absolute must start if he's fit for me.

I'd play Rose over Davies but dont think Poch will. His pace will throw their defence into a panic and stop their rb bombing forward as be too scared.
Dier over Dembele. Hmm tough one. Poch will probably go with Dier and Dembele can always come on later.

Mousse needs to start! We need to control that midfield from the start. so swap Moura for Mouuse and bring in the middle next to Dier. Then we can use Moura as an impact sub in the 60th min if the game gets a bit stale.

Every player makes mistakes. His ball retention is up there with the best in the league though, so the odd mistake is is forgivable for me. Could the reason you remember it so well be because A it was a high profile game, and B because it doesn't happen all that often. For me he is the first name on the team sheet as far as CM is concerned as he is far better than Dier, Wanyama is injured, Winks has played only 5 minutes of football, and well Sisokko is Sissokko.

I fully agree with you Trix. All players make mistakes and i swore him in that moment.....( but it ends there) Whilst typing that i was taken back to Dier's mistakes, the 2 against Liverpool in the different seasons. I would play him though as he was instrumental in turning the game against Fulham last week. You correct on A & B. It was uncharacteristic of Dembele. The team went through a strange patch back then.

Maybe. Can see the arguement for Dembele over Dier. Personally I wouldnt play both and Moura starts as we need to go at them from the off imo.
If we are over cautious, play Dembele and Dier, take goals out of the starting 11 by leaving out Moura, Alli or Eriksen then I think we'll see this game go exactly the same as it has on too many occasions previously and we'll lose by 1 goal after having more of the ball and doing all the attacking.
Still riles me that we once managed to lose 1.0 to those fkers without them having a single shot on target. Another Spurs first surely lol. Unbelievable Jeff.

I personally think Dembele has to play - against the top six he is the first name on the team sheet in my view. He helps alleviate the pressure and helps with ball retention

Question is would it be Lucas or Erik to play with Dele and Kane up front

Id play Lucas for his serious pace but Erik is slightly better defensively
