Probably best to play unchanged 4-2-3-1 as long as Dembele can play, hopefully Winks is getting up to speed as well as still feel we’re vulnerable in thay central midfield area.

As long as it looks like it will work tactically against Watford then it has to be the same team. No defence is gonna wanna face the speed and skill of Lucas right now and like others, Rose needs to start to try and establish some confidence.

Watford have had a good start but I'm not sure it's really reflective of who they are. Brighton was a comfortable win on opening day but Brighton are better than that. Burnley haven't looked like they did last season so far but still a good win away. They beat Palace on Saturday but Ward had a free header, 6 yards out with last kick of the game and put it wide. Should've been 2-2.

Not an easy team to play against, we drew 1-1 at Vicarage Road last season and just about got past them at Wembley iirc. That said we've yet to be anywhere near our best, IMO, and yet we've won 3 on the spin. Full of confidence, no reason we can't beat them.

Same as yesterday, or Sanchez for Dier and a 3-4-3 with Dembele and Eriksen centrally.

*Stick Dembele in to start, shift Amos over and stick Dier on the bench (not a huge fan tbh) - forgot about international break.

Need to do away with that tbh.

If I recall correctly, we always play with three CBs against Watford. They were one of the first (if not the first) teams that Poch used that formation against, three seasons ago.

Edit:
We didn't play a CDM in front of them though. Perhaps Sanchez + Dier in the starting XI would be a bit too negative.
Maybe we'll see three at the back with a very offensive setup in front of them.
