if they're fit:

Gazza
Aurier Toby Sanchez Rose
Dembele Winks
Lamela Eriksen Dele (Moura)
Kane

So you want Eriksen to play in a more advanced position than Moura ? Personally I think Moura is running out of gas and Kane would be more effective without him . But playing him on the left of a midfield 3 would make even less sense. Also Sanchez is not a left sided central defender. I think that’s a problem position in Jan’s absence which is why we might want to consider playing Davies there on the left side of a back 3. Unless Foyth could play there ( that’s a serious question not a piss take ) . Assuming Eriksen and Aurier are fit but Dembele and Dele are not.

Lloris
Sanchez Alderweireld Davies
Trippier Dier Wanyama Rose
Lamela Eriksen
Kane

Gazza Aurier Foyth Winks Moura Son Llorente

Hard to say when its 2 weeks away. I expect all except Jan and aurier to be fit. On that basis and from what ive seen thus far this season......

-----------Sanchez----Toby----------
Trip--------------------------------Rose
-----------Dembele---Winks---------
---Moura------Eriksen----Lamela--
---------------------Kane-------------------

The players in bold being the definite strarters. Was a tough call between alli and moura and i chose moura for his pace. I think having both lamela AND eriksen on the pitch is best for finding kane and moura runs. Son is offering very very little thus far.
Tough call between winks and wanyama. I chose winks but it may do us better to have a ball winner like wanyama with eriksen dropping in to dictate.

Not very optimistic for a win either way tbh unless we go up a couple of gears.

Impossible to say right now given the question marks over injuries.

Best case scenario:

Lloris
Aurier Sanchez Alderweireld Rose
Winks Dembele
Lamela Alli Eriksen
Kane
Gazzaniga Trippier Dier Wanyama Sissoko Lucas Son

Worst case scenario:

Lloris
Trippier Sanchez Alderweireld Rose
Dier Winks
Lucas Lamela Son
Kane
Gazzaniga Walker-Peters Davies Wanyama Skipp Sissoko Llorente

He just needed those small things to come off for him in the last couple of games, e.g. his chance to make it 3-3 against Barca, and his two finishing attempts against Cardiff, after being set up by Son and the rebound from Kanes header. Just that little bit of luck, and he'd have 3 goals in the last two games.

Assuming the absent 5 continue to be absent:

Lloris
Alderweireld Dier Davies
Trippier Wanyama Winks Rose
Lamela Kane Son

Vorm Sanchez KWP Sissoko Skipp Lucas Llorente
If either Dele or Eriksen are back, in for Davies. 4 man defence then, put Sanchez in for Dier as Vertonghen probably won’t be back yet.

LLoris
Trippier Alder Sanchez Davies
Wanyama Winks
Moura Eriksen Lamela
Kane

Although I really feel with the injuries we should be seeing some involvement from KWP and Foyth otherwise what are they doing at the club if we can't get them games during these moments?

Maybe you missed this summer when Davies was a disaster at LCB...
?He was playing in a back 4 with Carter-Vickers in a team full of youth players in friendly matches ??
He’s played well for Wales as the left CB in a 3 getting to a Euro semi-final!
I’m all for a back 3 and while Jan is out he would be the best solution.??

West Ham fans will be devastated that their cup final won't be televised.

Pointless exercise as we don't know who will recover but at this moment are injured also I would not put it past Southgate to play our players in both internationals and so incur possibly more injuries so for myself its let wait and see who we have in a fit state to play
