Lol I love how Toby is being played non stop, probably eriksen now too.
If you're leaving in the summer might as well whip the shit out of them both

As Son is going away to the Asian Games, why not play him? No point resting him for that tournament.

I wouldn't feel comfortable chucking Skipp in against a midfield of Moutinho and Neves. Sissoko needs to start.

Each game is now a cup final.

Just because Son is not playing for Spurs part of the time does not mean he can play every game. In fact, he may need a little more rest since he will have increased travel in addition to matches while he is gone. Sometimes, it is about protecting the player, not just looking at short term results.

as he misses the 1st 2 group games, lets hope S Korea don't qualify for the rest of the tournament:cautious:

He'll be there for the last group game, and honestly the odds of South Korea getting through that group must be at least 99% so he'll play the last 16 tie too at a minimum.

Son is like Kane at present, he can't be rested.

Not sure Skipp & Winks are strong enough for a game like this Tranmere maybe, but not Prem games yet for me.

Am I reading this right, Mousa due back soon? Or is that suggesting that he is just finishing post-op and not begun training yet?

I would imagine finishing post-op and not begun training yet.

The most in need of rotation are Alderweireld sissoko winks Son eriksen Kane. I’d juggle those 5 over next 2 games. Wolves have a small squad and will barely rotate. I think slight drop off in quality is compensated by freshness we will have over them.

Lloris
KWP sanchez davies Rose
Skipp sissoko
Dele lamela moura
Son

I wouldn’t be confident of 3 points with that line up. Wolves are a very tough team with some good results against top teams.

With the injuries in mind i reckon Poch will play:

Hugo

Trip, Toby, Sanchez, Davies

Winks, Sissoko

Moura, Lamela, Son

Kane

Subs:
Gaz, KWP, Rose, Foyth, Skipp, Eriksen, Llorente.

And this is probably the team I would also pick, give Christian a break and also hopefully we won't need to bring him on.

I’d rather rest him at Cardiff.

Unless of course he is unable to travel with South Korea because of an “ injury “

We are on a roll with some key players on top form at the moment. Wolves won't be pushovers so we should stick with those players who are doing well but I think there'll be some rotation. Kane Eriksen and Son are undroppable at the moment. Get a comfortable lead and then sub them by all means, but they have to start.

Lloris
Trippier
Sanchez
Toby
Davies
Sissoko
Winks
Eriksen
Lamela
Son
Kane

Gazza Foyth Rose KWP Skipp Dele Moura

I think you have to give Christian a place as he has the momentum and potentially flirting with a new suitor!

Sissoko has the energy to play 100 games a season. Why would anyone suggest resting him right now? He’s bang in form, he needs to play every game!

Football Manager, because every facet of the club gets put under the microscope, because SC is here to facilitate every facet of the club being put under the microscope, Football Manager, because people like to discuss every facet of the club, because people have an onion about everything, to discuss the team for the Wolves game, resting gurus, squad management fetishists and finally, you won't have to dig too deep if you also include Football Manager ;)
