I think Poch will persist with Llorente. He hasn't been terrible this season, and dropping him now could shatter his confidence. We really need him to play to a halfway decent standard during this injury crisis, and dropping him now would all but guarantee that he won't. I also think he'll be far better of with a pacey strike partner to knock balls down to.

I think Danny Rose has become so important now. Despite being a left-back, he's one of our best attacking outlets right now. So I'd be tempted to start him even though i'd be 2 games in a row.

Also has anyone noticed how our injuries this season have clustered around certain positions. First it was defence. Then midfield. Then attack. It's never distributed. Just so random.

I was more worried about Lamelas performance today than Llorentes, Lamela had that string of appearances at the start of the season where he was game changing but hasn't offered much since, 1 assist in 500min. Llorente has had just 330min this season in total and most of them less than 10min at a time.

Would like to see Nkoudou and Sterling start hopefully Lucas is ready, those three in front of eriksen could be exciting against a team that needs a goal. lamela and llorente on the bench for some "impact"

I'm sorry but Llorente needs dropping after today. You can talk about sharpness and him losing confidence if dropped, but Llorente against Chelsea will just play into their hands. The bloke is useless.

I think we'll flood the central areas and look to counter.

You know Pochettino will rotate Davies in though (and keep Trippier in). I like Davies, but Rose is one of our best players at the minute and we need to use that edge in a match like this.
