I suspect Poch will play those that didn't play yesterday.
Vorm,Trippier Sanchez Foyth Walker-Peters & Wanyama,
Maybe even Skipp and N'koudou.
I'm not optimistic of our chances.

Out of the current top 6 two will definitely be out of this before we play on Sunday. It represents our only realistic chance of avoiding that dreaded decade 2009/10 to 2018/19 without a trophy Factoring in WW2 the last time we went that barren was 1929/30 to 1938/39. I'm not ready for to us chuck in the towel yet of having one real last go at avoiding that by putting out a severely depleted side that's even more depleted than we had last night. It's a real tough one because we are so bloody threadbare at the moment and have PL games and CL coming in thick and fast.

Sure, I guess they’re going with what they think is realistic considering the club’s priorities. Squad is stretched to the limit.

This. Otherwise we could simply all sit here and say "Play the strongest team no matter what, because we supporters want to win games".

Since Son will be available for the Watford game. I would definitely save Eriksen, Lamela, Winks, Sissoko, Rose, Vertonghen and Toby for our next three league home games. Will win all three undoubtedly

There's going to be carnage anyway because "we risked our players and didn't play youth". I'd like for us to win, but it would be healthier for our broken squad if we didn't..

Yeah, I’m usually the first to whinge when we don’t go for it in the cup, but needs must. Sadly we have more important things to consider right now. It’s also an opportunity to give some youngsters a chance to prove that they can come in and help while we have all these injuries.

If it wasn’t for us having to play yesterday and then again on Wednesday I’d say play first team and then rotate against Watford. I want us to win something and stay in cups not prioritise a single game in the efforts to get CL so we can get knocked out of the CL again in 2020.
Unfortunately we’re going to have to rotate as we could end up with more injuries which will destroy any slim hopes in CL knockout games and top 4 race. It will likely mean we lose on Sunday though.

I don't believe that...

This season, going into the new stadium, DL ,Poch and alot of fans would take CL football next season above the FA cup.

As would i.

I hate this notion that it’s either one or the other. Call me greedy but I want both, at the very least we should be giving it our best chance of both.
We are not going to win the league or champions league so this is our only real chance of a trophy let not give it away by resting half the team

Poch said he preferred to promote youth, now he can prove it.

Well. We don't need anymore.injuries, and judging by Llorente I think we could all haggle.a game Sunday. I'll email.the club to see if we can dig them out. We may have to pay subs though. I've picked a few at random, and a couple from the fat knackers thread to help them run off a bit of flab. Plus, it doesn't matter if they get hurt or injured. They'll still play at the same pace, reducing substitution necessity.

Yankspurs can play right wing back and show us what Trippier should be doing. Archibald can curl one out if we are losing 100 nil at half time as a distraction technique. Think Tank can dress up as Foyth, to show you mother funksters what its all about. Ain't no way any defender of keeper is going near Houdini in a lone striker position. Our resident poet can take a creative role on the left.

I'd suggest there's no sense in risking Eriksen or Winks for this. Moura is a must start, for confidence and practice. As is KWP and Trippier and skipp.
