Lloris

Aurier Sanchez Vertonghen KWP/Rose

Wanyama/Dier Winks

Son Eriksen Alli

Kane

Actually a difficult choice between Sissoko and Winks. Sissoko better in a midfield battle and good at stretching teams on the counter but we need more of Winks' passing game if paired with Dier/Wanyama at home to a team we need to break down

No question West Ham will play same as did against Chelsea and Arsenal basically park the bus. Fortunately they don’t have their main out ball for that system Antonio. I think we need as many creative players on pitch as possible. No way carroll will start after tonight. So they will have little threat going forward. All about breaking them down.
Aurier Sanchez vertonghen Davies
Wanyama
Dele winks eriksen
Kane Son

The front 5 are pretty interchangeable. Sanchez vertonghen wanyama should take care of their threat.

what was the weather like in East London tonight during their game riggi?

only ask because that game of ours tonight will of hit us hard, though I don't think we came out of 2nd gear so might be worrying over nothing

Might be too soon for Big Vic to start a game, but I'd love to see the Wanyama Winks CM combo back.

Lloris; KWP, Dier, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Aurier; Wanyama, Winks; Eriksen, Alli, Kane

Know it looks a little defensive but I think that side gives us a nice balance with the ability to get some dangerous wingback play and keeps our quick passers of the ball in midfield.

Last night was West Ham's must win game against West Brom. They put massive effort in to leaf frog the baggies and get out of the bottom three. I would be surprised if their squad has the same depth as ours does TBH, so hopefully our superior fitness and freshness should see us be quite comfortable. I'd be amazed if Carroll started against us for example. My only concern is that Eriksen and Dele put massive shifts in last night on a bog of pitch, and I think they may need either a rest of a short cameo. Not sure Lamela has enough in the tank yet to play twice in 48 hours. Personally I'd play Wanyama and Winks in CM. I'd play Aurier at LWB and KWP at RWB. I'd play a back 3 so that Aurier and KWP can be wingers on the night making up for a lack of fresh AM options. If Rose is fit he'd start insetad of KWP with Aurier swapping back to the right. I'd give Eriksen and Dele a half each to avoid injury, same with Son and Lamela, and chuck Sissoko or Dembele on for Wanyama if he's feeling tired after an hour. It's all about keeping the ball and making them run on more than us, and our quality will tell.

Same as last night, but swap out the full backs and Kane in for Llorente.

4 new injuries for WestHam - Cresswell, Sakho, Ayew & Collins. Carroll played his first 90minutes, so would mean he wont play the whole duration tomorrow.

Regardless, I am sure they will be up for the game. Hopefully we are too & smash them

I will not play Lamela or Son - both looked so worn out.
Assuming Wanyama is fit enough to start....If he can't, then Sissoko for Wanyama in the line up

Lloris,
Dier, Sanchez, Vertonghen
Aurier, Wanyama, Winks, Davies
Eriksen, Dele
Kane

West Ham have 12 fit outfield players. 10 of those started last night. And 5 of those are 30+.
In theory our squad depth age and superior fitness should mean a comfortable win.o_O

Wanyama looked good when he came on but is he fit enough to start a match?

West ham are likely to bank up and sit deep so if we play a right footer on the left it's only going to play into their hands.
