Hopefully we go at them from the start, felt like we took our foot of the gas a little bit yesterday once we went 1 up.

I'd be tempted to play Walker Peters at left back or Aurier there with KWP RB if Rose is injured. Will be tough on Davies' legs otherwise and we don't want him getting injured too. I'd also start Lamela since he was the first to be hauled off.

Lloris
Aurier Sanchez Vertonghen KWP
Wanyama Winks
Lamela Alli Son
Kane
Vorm, Davies, Trippier, Dier, Dembele/Sissoko, Eriksen, Llorente

I just saw that. I had no idea. I’d just replace Rose with KWP.
Too many changes, Ben will be fine to play again. I played two 90 min matches in 3 days as semi pro I think Ben Davies a Premier League footballer will cope.

Might be playing their kids.from West Ham forum.

Reece - twisted ankle
Cresswell - Back Injury
Ginge - Unsure what injury
Fonte - long term
Byram - Thigh Strain
Fernandes- Long term -ankle injury
Antonio- Calf strain
Sakho - cyst on his knee
Ahew - Hamstring

Plus Carroll may have over-excreted himself now so needs another rest.

What ever team we play, I hope we do our ex spurs boy, Jake Livermore, a favor and absolutely smash them making their fans shut the fuck up. Such a vioe, disgraceful club. If there is any justice in the world, they will go down this year.

West ham are likely to bank up and sit deep so if we play a right footer on the left it's only going to play into their hands.

And if (assuming Rose is injured) we play Davies at LWB, 48 hours after he sprinted up and down a quagmire at Swansea, he will get injured and we will have to play a right footer there for the next month. Aurier has shown that he can be quite effective at LWB and does not always cut inside as most right footed LBs tend to do (and Trippier did when he played at LB for us)

Davies is going to have to play again in such a short space of time this season regardless as Rose is out anyway, we can't leave a player out because they 'might' get injured. Eriksen and Dele played last night and will play again on Thursday, what if they get injured? I'd sooner play Vertonghen at LB, at least he keeps the width and stretches the pitch which is something that is needed against a bus parker.

I wasn't aware we had any other periods with 2 games in 48 hours this season? There is a massive difference between 48 hours and 72 hours recovery time. If the West Ham game was on Friday I too would play Davies.

The FB/WB positions are ones with Poch rotates nearly every other game anyway due to the high levels of intense sprinting those players have to do in his system.

I will be amazed if Eriksen and Dele both play 70+ mins on Thursday after the effort put in on Tuesday.

I do think Verts would be a tremendous LWB and much better going forwards than Rose or Davies (Verts had a great cameo at LWB in Poch's first season away at Old Trafford), but would not risk him in that position 48 hours after playing at Swansea either.

Aurier has shown he can play LWB better than previous RBs, and my opinion is that we'd be better playing him there than Davies given the game that was played last night. Not just to avoid injury to Davies, but because Davies will only be able to operate at about 80% given the FBs cover so much ground whilst instense sprinting.

Considering we’ve had quiet a rest pre-Swansea and we’ve got the FA Cup game after to rotate, I wouldn’t make too many changes. Kane and Aurier in obviously and maybe Mousa if fit, as Moyes will try and make it physical.

Have to say A fresh Nkoudou against a knackered Zabaleta might be tempting.

Son is unplayable at Wembley, he must start.

But must be given licence to roam, if they double up on him stopping him from doing his step over bye line routine.

Lloris

Aurier
Rose, or Verts if not
Sanchez
Verts, or Dier if Rose don't make it

Wanyama
Dembele, or Winks if not
Eriksen

Alli

Kane
Son
