Would be funny if we sell out of their stadium and they dont

They will sell out as they are virtually giving away season tickets. Hope Levy gives some cheap season tickets for the under 24's in the new ground. Need to encourage a new generation back to Tottenham

Half the fans there next season won't even be Wet Spam fans. I know so many people who have got a season ticket just to watch a Prem game each week ( as it's easy to get to from where we live in Kent ) and to sell each week also.
Shite atmosphere me thinks chucked in with the track

Seems a random age. Are you 23 by any chance?

If it does turn out to be Wembley for the season we are away from WHL I hope that the club makes a "singing area" behind one of the goals. I think that this would obviously help with the atmosphere in the whole ground and be the start of what is to come going forward when we have the single tier stand in the new stadium.

If confirmed, I wonder whether they will start knocking the north east corner of the stands in the summer or leave it until they have to. The latter would make more sense, as it would be less income lost, if so when would they start knocking it down? Questions, questions.

At least the excitement help reduce the pain from last night's result a little! :(

Are you saying that we will play CL at Wembley next year even though we are still at White Hart Lane?

From what little i understand of these things then yes, because don't forget we have to have less capacity with CL football because the UEFA wankers have their larger sponsorship hoardings for selling crap lager, dodgy gas suppliers and other tawdry tat so the front couple of rows of seats can't be used plus supposedly we'll be knocking the corner off the existing stadium to speed up the new WHL build so will be removing 6-8k seats from WHL reducing the capacity even further.

apologies in advance if this is a daft question, but ...

I know it's been said that for some reason in Wembley's bylaws, when/if we play a league season there, match capacity will be reduced to 50-some-thousand. my question is whether or not such a reduction would apply to champions league games there next year. presumably the issue is linked to the number of full-capacity events that Wembley can host in a given year. does anyone know the details of said restrictions and whether or not they would apply to the three-to-(hopefully)six games for 2016-17?

Screw that. The obvious business scenario is to hand out cheap season tickets to professionals in stable long term careers, to benefit on match days from the joint purchasing power of the spectators. :greedy:

So it looks like Wembley. Anyone with more knowledge than I care to explain how it might work for us?

Obviously we are paying rent (£22mill) but does this include policing and facilitating matches? Do we keep the gate receipts, money from hospitality etc? Do Wembley get a cut I our TV money?

It's just impossible to say right now, we'll likely get more details once it's confirmed but I wouldn't even take that rent figure as gospel. I think the most likely thing is that we pay a flat rent and keep all the money we make, but we'll see. There certainly won't be a direct cut of the TV money though.

How many can say "I was there at the final European game at WHL v Dortmund?"
