because in Italy,Spain and Holland it's 2 hours later, so they are kicking off in their evening and not as late at night. why should we kick off at 7:45 our time, but 9:45 theirs it doesn't always allow parents to take their young kids

edit: it also means our players will get home before 4am in the morning
Maybe they change clocks a week after or before we do, but for most of the year, the western part of continental Europe (the Central European time zone) is only 1 hour ahead of us.
That really sucks, I don't see why changing something that was working so well already.

As @WorcesterTHFC mentioned, clearly time zone is not the issue. It probably is about ratings I guess.

I believe it was done to get 2 games an evening back to back - more matches more money I guess.
I can't work out the time differences though. Barcelona is exactly South of us so should be in the same time zone.
Eindhoven is East so should be an hour and Milan is further East still so another extra hour.
But they're all running 1 hour ahead of us.

Is it because of Brexit?

No, it's been like that for decades.

Brexit the reason for the difference in times between the UK and mainland Europe.

Fellow Yiddos, Spurs Italia would like to welcome you to Milan!
As a warm up for our forthcoming UCL match against Inter Milan, Spurs Italia has organised two events which we are sure you will appreciate.

Monday night madness!
On Monday the 17, from 6.30 PM onwards, at the Bootleg Pub & Kitchen there will be a live DJ set where our very own DJ and long life Spurs supporter will be playing all the best tracks that Britain has to offer while downing pints of fine ales and beers and munching gourmet burgers and other sorts of pub grub.

Match day!
The Bootleg Pub & Kitchen will open its doors at 11.00 AM so we can have lunch and gear up properly for the match. Not far from the pub there is the stop for tram 16 that takes you directly hassle free below the away end of the San Siro.

The Bootleg Pub & Kitchen is in via Coluccio Salutati no.2, close to the Line 1 underground station of Pagano easily reachable from Duomo which is on the same line.

Going into the first game on a poor run of form, quite worried tbh.

This is a big game coming up, I know long run a bad result can be over come but we can't lose 3 in a row.

Er yes we can can't see us getting out the group to be honest
I think its completely possibly, I'm just saying its one of those "can't lose kind of games as far as what it means to the season and the morale of the club.

PSV on fire, 7-0 away to ADO den Haag today. Won their first 5 games with 21 goals scored.
It's the dutch league, which is on the down at the moment, still they'll be very confident and used to winning.

Just got Barcelona (H) tickets for me and my dad today. We're both looking forward to seeing the greatest football ever to have kicked a ball live in the flesh that night, and in addition to Moussa Sissoko it will also be a nice bonus if Lionel Messi gets to play that night as well.

That Messi injury did not come at a good time for Spurs - need Barça to take care of Inter over the next two matches...

I'd say Inter's chances from getting something away from the Barca games just went from 15 to something like 60%.
