Fantastic draw, I want to see us play against the best teams otherwise might as well be in the Europa. We're an extremely good team and I think we will get through. Messi at Wembley will be amazing to see. Can't wait.

I don’t really follow many leagues outside the PL anymore.

PSV and Inter Milan are household names from my younger years, but are they actually any good anymore? *

On paper that looks an horrific albeit extremely entertaining draw. I’d expect us to beat PSV and Inter, and Barca aren’t the team they used to be play... play some pretty awful football these days.

I wanted Barcelona so I'm happy with that. But Inter Milan from group 4. How the fuck did that happen. The moaning idiots from Liverpool got Crvena zvezda for crying in the night.

There's always one group like that due to UEFA's silly seeding, last year it was Liverpool's group, year before that it was Leicester's.
Yeah, because they allocate a Pot 1 place to the fecking Russian league.

There were already two of the four Italian teams in the second half of the draw (groups EFGH), so Inter had to be in ABCD. Couldn't be C because Napoli were in there and then other teams were drawn for A and D so they had to go into B.

Yep I see. I missed that two were already int he second half of the draw.

Fun group; tough yes but we seem to do better in big games than possible let down ones nowadays.

PSV are not very good - won the Dutch league but it's far weaker than it used to be and its clubs seldom get through the group stage. It would be a substantial upset for them not to finish bottom of this group. Inter have had some down years stuck in mid-table hence being in Pot 4 but scrapped 4th last year - we'll be favourites to finish ahead of them and to beat them at home but you'd probably take a point at the San Siro.

Barca are pretty decent too.
