So psv will be an allocation of 1500??!! Is this true?

Should be 1750. You get 5% of capacity or 3,000, whichever is lower, and they only have a 35k stadium. Of course clubs can give more than that if e.g they're not going to sell out to their own support but zero reason for PSV to here.

Fuck sake. I'm assuming 3000. I might book flights and accommodation and risk getting a spare ?

I’ve been to the San Siro so will try for just Barca and PSV away. Although I’m not optimistic with the state of my LPs at the moment. Might have to make do with Huddersfield :joyful:

Flights and accommodation booked for Barca.....got booted out twice on Ryanair website and the price went up each time.

Got 3 return flights for £460 the same 3 flights now are over £1k

Tip: use incognito (chrome) or private (Safari) mode when browsing for plane tickets. Not 100% foolproof but should help obscure your visits so they can’t keep increasing prices. It’s a ploy for them to get you to panic and buy.

agree, but could also see our dear leader thinking 90k v Barca thank you very much
I think Levy got exactly what he wanted in this draw/schedule.

He got 1 home game in the first 3 - with that being Barça in a 90,000 seat stadium, and then he got the 2nd two home matches on the back end of the schedule - and appears to have gotten UEFA to allow Spurs to use the new stadium if it is ready (rather than all at Wembley). And, with the extra weeks (almost 2 months from the original date), I expect it will be ready.

weird thing is a few weeks back looking at the stadium from the outside you could understand people saying it will never be ready, but from the overhead cam I saw on the stadium thread, the outside seems to of made a lot of progress

Well then. Looks like it’ll be inter for me(probably a better chance of getting 3 tix for us if its at wembley), then possibly the palace away match on saturday before potententially the manchester derby on sunday(if my friend can get a 3rd ticket). That should be a fun week of footy.

Why shouldn't we be confident, we had a hard group last year and we aced it.
I understand the thinking but this group feels a bit harder to me. And let’s be honest, Our initial reaction to our group last year was one of resigned disbelief. Not many would have bet there and then we’d top the group. I just can’t quite feel that level of confidence that it’ll be straightforward. I think Inter are better than Dortmund and PSV are better than the Apoel. As for Barca... not much difference between them and Real. At this stage, as I said, I’m just really pleased we got that draw, as they will make for some brilliant games. If we can go through, that’s an added bonus,

Fair enough but I just can't understand why fans still feel like this despite the progress we've made in the last few years, we really shouldn't be fearing anyone, it's not even arrogance it's just confidence I have in this team, I can absolutely guarantee that the players and the manager will be thinking the opposite to you and going into the games full of confidence and that's how I feel, we belong on this stage and IMO we are one of the best/most feared teams in Europe so if anything the other teams should be looking out for us.

Beat PSV home and away, beat inter at home and we've qualified basically.

Happy with the draw, and Barca is of course a great challenge

Almost the best draw i could have hoped for. Think i might be going to the camp. That is the dream though, imagine if we win? Love it.

Don't get me wrong. I am confident we can compete. That's not really what I was talking about. I just couldn't look at that initial draw and declare with certainty we will progress. I do agree with you that the players and coaching staff will be confident, and the other teams in the group will take us seriously. Hence, i also doubt if every single Barca and Inter fan is looking at that group thinking it'll be easy to get through as they know just how good we have become. Regardless, i appreciate your bountiful enthusiasm and assuredness. It's indicative of how far we have come over the last five years. (y)
