I know it started a week ago but I think the Championship deserves its own thread for all of us who watch it regularily to discuss all things Championship, which is possibly the most competitive league in the world, as all the teams are as shit as each other.
I think this season Birmingham will be too strong, and QPR will hit a bad patch of form and make the play-offs as opposed to auto-promotion, the bookies can't call it though, and you can get 7-1 on both QPR and Birmingham at some bookies, and they're the favourites. Doncaster could have a Bristol City style season and go straight to the top IMO as against Derby they looked good and they tend to play good football.
Personally, I follow Norwich, who have lost their first two games, 2-0 away at Coventry in the league, and 1-0 to MK Dons, and there is already a bad feeling about the place, local radio phone in was suggesting sacking the board. First home game tomorrow against Blackpool and could be interesting, looking forward to seeing Hoolaghan, as he looked quality against us, but not confident about this season for Norwich at all.
