Not quite the epic that last years final was, but a good match nonetheless. So impressed with Roddick this last two weeks, his whole career has been turned around since he hired that new coach.

Certainly not. Federer has not been at his best. But still done enough to still be in the game. Roddick has been playing so well the last two weeks, he deserves to be in this match, and if he wins it will be deserved.

FInd myself wanting Roddick to win tbh...I'm sick of Federer winning everything really. Nothing against Federer though. It'd be nice to see Federer put off breaking Sampras' record at least till the U.S...

Great hold from 15-40 by Federer there.

His poor wife, pregnant and watching this tense game.

Yea I think so. Think I just heard the commentator say its the most games in a final set anyway.

Federer seems more focussed on just getting it over the net than hitting it with any discernable power or conviction.

I've never been as gutted for a player as I am right now. Must kill to lose a match like that.
