We've really sorted out our ODI squad. I knew we were good but we look superb now. AUS looked shell shocked.TBH I am a little.

Excellent, and Rashid bowled with control. It's a shame he wasn't in the test side, because he's a wicket-taking bowler. The problem is that Root doesn't trust him, whereas Morgan does in the ODIs. Once we get to T20, Mills will be back and then it will be payback.

Well done again England!

See, now we're into the proper cricket and not the frivolous Test stuff, a meaningful comparison can be made.

He hasn't set the world alight in the Big Bash League. Quick, yes. But not set it alight. More impressed with Archer, and you can look forward to him in 2 years. Yet another import for England!

Until Australia at this time of the year look at the in form batsmen (and that doesn't mean hasbeens like White) we will continue to trail a very impressive English 50 over team. (and T20 for that matter). Why was Carey not kept? Why is D"arcy Short not in contention as a batsman? We can do so much better. Take the bulls by the horns Boof!

This really made me smile after 3 ordinary games from Australia.
My local Adelaide Strikers are playing so well this Big Bash season.
Hows this for a catch!

England bowl Australia out for only 128 in the U-19 World Cup and still manage to get beat, collapsing to 96 all out.

Nice to see us getting that into them early.

He is a wicket taking bowler but he would go for around 4 or 5 an over at least. He isn't a huge turner of the ball so it is easier to hit him and if he played in the ashes, everyone would be calling for his head.

Warned said he did turn the ball quite a bit.
