I'm pretty sure it wont happen..Although it is something Harry and co. would consider as they beleive DL will cave in eventually and sell Luka

Don't think Redknapp would be too bothered about Modric leaving. Will give him another excuse. I think he'd be more worried if he stayed and we did sign a decent forward.

Barton is a good player, Diarra is a very good player. Both would improve the squad, Diarra more significantly

I can see Redknapp wanting Benayoun & Lampard, he loves an oldie and his ex-players and they tick both boxes

Plus, players will be injured, suspended, we'll need to rotate, subs etc. Adding quality is never a problem.

btw, why is Affelay mentioned in all these posts? he hasn't even signed, and the speculation around him died down nearly 2 weeks ago now
